The staff couldn't have been more helpful or freindly. Pick up we waited only 2 minutes and the driver apologised for being late.

my experience was fine in general. I didn't have to wait long for either transfer. Drivers were polite and helpful. My car was not inspected before I left it (probably due to other passengers having waited half an hour for transfer) and I seemed to be in the minority when I inspected it myself on return, before signing the document - it was fine. I would use again.

the minibus drivers drove like Sterling Moss down the lane to the airport...worse than bein on an alton towers ride. wont re-book with this company would rather pay a bit more and feel safe.

Only problem was that all the pre- sets on the car radio were gone and we couldn't reset them - not sure it was anything to do with the parking service! Otherwise, really convenient, friendly staff and very fast transfers to the airport.

Very smooth, transfers almost immediate and helpful staff. We have used many times before and wil continue to do so. Hard to comment on the security as we don't know where the cars are kept, but less than ten miles away.

A somewhat casual, unprofessional reception experience. We e-mailed to inform them that we would be returning a day early (due to Easyjet cancellation), but on arrival at the car park, no one had acted on this information, so we had to wait 10 minutes or so while our car was retrieved. Annoying when we had taken the trouble to inform reception of the change in arrival date.

Very friendly, efficient and speedy service. Did not have to wait at all either on the way to the airport or back from the airport. Great value for money and friendly service. Only comment is that I expected a note to be taken of the mileage/condition of the car when I dropped it off and to check those when I picked it up before being asked to sign. Everything was as I left it so no complaint as such but it would be more professional and give more peace of mind to the customer.

Good courteous service at all stages. Off-site, but very close to Stansted airport and we were transferred (3-4 mins) by minibus immediately on arrival. On return, Minibus picked us up within a couple of minutes of reaching the main pickup point at the airport and our car was already at reception for immediate getaway. Good value and would certainly use again if travelling via Stansted.

All was fine going to the airport but we had to wait ages in the cold as the minibus was too full. As you have details of arrivals it should have been obvious to have 2 buses running. Otherwise all was fine. Clean facilities and pleasant staff.

Very friendly and helpful lady at CSL reception on arrival. Driver to airport left us to load our own bags and kept us waiting without explanation for quite a while. Pick up vehicle on return was waiting outside in the time it took us to walk from baggage hall to car park (CSL are very near airport) and driver was helpful and friendly; our car was waiting. Transfer vehicle was fine. Cars seem to be kept in an unsecured area. Overall, very slick and efficient.

My previous experience at this facility was marred by the rude attitude of the driver on our return. However, the same chap collected me from the airport on my return and was a changed person !!! Maybe he had received some public relation advice...this was more like the usual service I have received from this company. I will use them again, now.

Good value for money parking, very near to airport and very prompt transfers, however the place doesn't seem very presentable, the transfer vehicles a little scruffy and the parking is all over the place, so not easy to manoevre your car out when you leave - one person's car was not there when they arrived back so the organisation needs a little more thought!

There was nothing particularly negative about CSL. The office is very close to Stansted, and everything went smoothly. Prices for Stansted are extremely expensive, and CSL was the least expensive. I've paid much less at Leeds Bradford and East Midlands. Though I knew that the car might be located elsewhere, I didn't realise that my car would be drive a total of 11 miles. This extra cost (and any concerns about someone using your car) need to be factored in. As such I can't say security was good as I have no idea where my car was kept. Though the more someone else uses my car, the less secure I think it is. I can't wholeheartedly recommend as it depends on how someone else feels about the car storage situation. Personally, I'm not too sure whether I'd use the service again for this reason, though the rest of the service went without a hitch.

Directions for My CSL Stansted Park & Ride

Transfers operating between 04:00 and 23:45 only, if your flight is delayed and you return between 23:45 and 4am you will need to wait until 4am for collection

Arrival Instructions FOR P&R - Postcode is CM22 6PF

Head to Stansted Airport
On arrival at Stansted Airport follow signs for the short stay car park. when you reach the Coopers End Roundabout (which is the large roundabout before the Short Stay Car Park), take the 4th exit signposted 'Takeley'.
After taking this exit you will immediately come to a mini roundabout. Take the first exit (left) at this mini roundabout and head towards Bambers Green.
Follow the road for 0.7 miles and you will see 'Network House' on the right hand side.

Park your vehicle in the car park at the front of the building, remove your luggage and report to reception where you will be checked in and dropped off by the Radisson Blu Hotel at the airport. It is then a short a walk to the terminal.

It is your responsibility to leave your vehicle key with us as your vehicle will be moved to one of our secure car parking locations where it will be stored for the duration of your vehicle's stay.

Our staff are fully insured and licensed to drive all types of vehicles to and from our storage facilities but the vehicle will remain under the owner's insurance while stationary and being stored with us. We have various car parks around the Stansted area with the furthest one being only 6 miles from the drop off location. We ask all customers to allow 20 miles for the car to travel while in our care in case of road closures or any events outside of our control.

PLEASE NOTE
There is a transfer charge of £1 per person each way which is required in cash upon check in. Under 16's and over 60's are free of charge.

Return Instructions
1. Collect your luggage.
2. After you have collected your luggage please call My CSL on: the number on your confirmation 0.

3) A My CSL Member of Staff will then meet you back at the Raddison Blu Hotel

Directions to the Radisson Blu: Once through arrivals go toward the taxi service turn left down the ramp, you will see a sign saying Radisson Blu Hotel carry on going straight through the tunnel quarter of a way down turn left again go straight down and there will be one of the drivers there right outside to pick you up.

PLEASE NOTE: Please do not call My CSL before you have collected your luggage and are ready to make your way to the meeting point. There is a Stansted Airport penalty charge for any vehicles at the collection point for longer than 10 minutes. Therefore you will be liable for any additional charges.

HI. i have a Peugeot Partner (2019) is it long wheelbase van or not? DO you accept vans like that.As long as your vehicle fits into a standard supermarket parking space the car park will accept your van at no extra charge. Please note long vehicles requiring more than one standard parking space will be charged extra on arrival
Do you have anything to help my elderly mother get on to the minibus for transfer to the airport? It’s a high step up and she can’t do it herself? The car park have advised the bus does have a step, however it is not high. They do not have the facilityfor disabled passengers.
hi i have a vw caddy maxi, it is the same length as my estate ford focus. Is this ok?They will accept a vw caddy as it is the same size as a car
