The reception area was very poor. I was worried about leaving my car at CSL because of the appalling state of reception. The drivers and transport to and from the airport were good. The car was returned undamaged and very muddy leading me to concerned about where my car had been stored. a muddy field? I will not be using this service again.

A SIMPLE MAP would help finding the car park to leave the car. A further simple map would help ensure arrival at the "pickup point" Other aspects worked very well.

Very good and quick service. It was difficult to find car park in the dark, therefore one or two large, bright signs would be helpful. However I would strongly recommend this car park for the quick service and great location.

We followed the directions to the location without any problem and when we arrived, we were expected. We had to wait about 15 minutes before the driver was ready to take us to the airport, but once we got going there was no trouble with the transfer. On the way back it was very smooth; again, we waited 10 minutes or so for the driver to arrive. Once we were back at the location, our car was ready to drive off; we hopped in and were away in under a minute. In all, it was very smooth, easy, and stress-free.

Close to airport ,great transfers quick and easy.only reason I'm giving three stars is that the car looked like it was parked in a pine Forrest in a storm !! Covered in pine ! Nothing that a clean wont sort out but I was a bit surprised .

Very competetively priced and good value. Staff friendly and courteous. Highly recommended. I presume my vehicle was stored in the open a few miles away judging by the extra few miles on my odometer, however don't let this put you off. Quick transfers to and from the terminal helped make our holiday a success from the the get-go. Many thanks.

We were really impressed with the service - both leaving the car and getting taken to the airport, and then on our return getting collected and taken back to our car took less than 10 minutes each time. The car was kept safe a clean and everyone we spoke to was very nice and friendly. We will definitely use this service again.

When we arrived there was no-one to be found anywhere. We waited for about 20 minutes before anyone arrived. Then they were very helpful. When we arrived back in the UK we had to wait for about 30 minutes before we were picked up. I can't comment on the car park facilities as I have no idea where the car was stored. The staff were friendly and courteous, it was just the waiting that would put me off using them again.

Myself and my partner wanted to let you know that your service was absolutely excellent. Your staff were friendly on both meetings and our car was waiting for us by your exit upon our return. Our drop off driver told us exactly where to wait and on collection we only had to wait 5 minutes. The driver that collected us yesterday (Stansted at around 8pm) was absolutely fantastic and just what we needed after our long trip- he was very kind and even asked us about our onward journey and gave us a travel report. An exceptional service and we will be recommending you to all our friends/ family and will be using you again. kindest regards

Directions for My CSL Stansted Park & Ride
Transfers operating between 04:00 and 23:45 only, if your flight is delayed and you return between 23:45 and 4am you will need to wait until 4am for collectionArrival Instructions FOR P&R - Postcode is CM22 6PF
Head to Stansted Airport
On arrival at Stansted Airport follow signs for the short stay car park. when you reach the Coopers End Roundabout (which is the large roundabout before the Short Stay Car Park), take the 4th exit signposted 'Takeley'.
After taking this exit you will immediately come to a mini roundabout. Take the first exit (left) at this mini roundabout and head towards Bambers Green.
Follow the road for 0.7 miles and you will see 'Network House' on the right hand side.
Park your vehicle in the car park at the front of the building, remove your luggage and report to reception where you will be checked in and dropped off by the Radisson Blu Hotel at the airport. It is then a short a walk to the terminal.
It is your responsibility to leave your vehicle key with us as your vehicle will be moved to one of our secure car parking locations where it will be stored for the duration of your vehicle's stay.
Our staff are fully insured and licensed to drive all types of vehicles to and from our storage facilities but the vehicle will remain under the owner's insurance while stationary and being stored with us. We have various car parks around the Stansted area with the furthest one being only 6 miles from the drop off location. We ask all customers to allow 20 miles for the car to travel while in our care in case of road closures or any events outside of our control.
PLEASE NOTE
There is a transfer charge of £1 per person each way which is required in cash upon check in. Under 16's and over 60's are free of charge.
Return Instructions
1. Collect your luggage.
2. After you have collected your luggage please call My CSL on: the number on your confirmation 0.
3) A My CSL Member of Staff will then meet you back at the Raddison Blu Hotel
Directions to the Radisson Blu: Once through arrivals go toward the taxi service turn left down the ramp, you will see a sign saying Radisson Blu Hotel carry on going straight through the tunnel quarter of a way down turn left again go straight down and there will be one of the drivers there right outside to pick you up.
PLEASE NOTE: Please do not call My CSL before you have collected your luggage and are ready to make your way to the meeting point. There is a Stansted Airport penalty charge for any vehicles at the collection point for longer than 10 minutes. Therefore you will be liable for any additional charges.

HI. i have a Peugeot Partner (2019) is it long wheelbase van or not? DO you accept vans like that.As long as your vehicle fits into a standard supermarket parking space the car park will accept your van at no extra charge. Please note long vehicles requiring more than one standard parking space will be charged extra on arrival
Do you have anything to help my elderly mother get on to the minibus for transfer to the airport? It’s a high step up and she can’t do it herself? The car park have advised the bus does have a step, however it is not high. They do not have the facilityfor disabled passengers.
