Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick transfer time from arriving at carpark to arriving at terminal was about 15 mins, this included dropping off keys and having to wait in warm comfy vehicle while we waited for someone that had got lost! All in all was VERY pleased with their service. I have used them before and would definitely use them again. Good on price and service.

Service was quick and efficient and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will happily use the car park again as it is close to the airport with only a 5 min transit to the Terminal.

Parking experience was fine. Short drive in the transit to the airport. Van was waiting for us as we got back to the short-stay car park. Our car had only done 3 miles while we were away (they drive it to a different location).

Directions could have been better , understandable up to the last roundabout then a little confusion , if the roundabout was named along with the road name then it would have been much easier , however quick and efficient service both going and on return , no complaints would deff use this service again .

Great service, easy to use and find with the information supplied. Only let down somewhat when I went to collect my car that the person at the desk said that it was parked somewhere behind the building, I would have appreciated that they gave a slightly more accurate location or walked me to my car to check it over. Also the car was a little muddy. Otherwise great value for money.

Arrived back at 11pm on a Sunday night. Had to wait 30minutes to get picked up and even that was lucky as I was by myself! Only one member of staff on to drive the pick up van and hand out the keys in the office which was ridiculous. He had a 30minute turn around time as a result. He was struggling to answer the phone also. There should be a member of staff in the office at all times to speed up the service. At that hour of the night, the last thing you want is to be hanging around an airport car park!

Directions for My CSL Stansted Park & Ride

Transfers operating between 04:00 and 23:45 only, if your flight is delayed and you return between 23:45 and 4am you will need to wait until 4am for collection

Arrival Instructions FOR P&R - Postcode is CM22 6PF

Head to Stansted Airport
On arrival at Stansted Airport follow signs for the short stay car park. when you reach the Coopers End Roundabout (which is the large roundabout before the Short Stay Car Park), take the 4th exit signposted 'Takeley'.
After taking this exit you will immediately come to a mini roundabout. Take the first exit (left) at this mini roundabout and head towards Bambers Green.
Follow the road for 0.7 miles and you will see 'Network House' on the right hand side.

Park your vehicle in the car park at the front of the building, remove your luggage and report to reception where you will be checked in and dropped off by the Radisson Blu Hotel at the airport. It is then a short a walk to the terminal.

It is your responsibility to leave your vehicle key with us as your vehicle will be moved to one of our secure car parking locations where it will be stored for the duration of your vehicle's stay.

Our staff are fully insured and licensed to drive all types of vehicles to and from our storage facilities but the vehicle will remain under the owner's insurance while stationary and being stored with us. We have various car parks around the Stansted area with the furthest one being only 6 miles from the drop off location. We ask all customers to allow 20 miles for the car to travel while in our care in case of road closures or any events outside of our control.

PLEASE NOTE
There is a transfer charge of £1 per person each way which is required in cash upon check in. Under 16's and over 60's are free of charge.

Return Instructions
1. Collect your luggage.
2. After you have collected your luggage please call My CSL on: the number on your confirmation 0.

3) A My CSL Member of Staff will then meet you back at the Raddison Blu Hotel

Directions to the Radisson Blu: Once through arrivals go toward the taxi service turn left down the ramp, you will see a sign saying Radisson Blu Hotel carry on going straight through the tunnel quarter of a way down turn left again go straight down and there will be one of the drivers there right outside to pick you up.

PLEASE NOTE: Please do not call My CSL before you have collected your luggage and are ready to make your way to the meeting point. There is a Stansted Airport penalty charge for any vehicles at the collection point for longer than 10 minutes. Therefore you will be liable for any additional charges.

HI. i have a Peugeot Partner (2019) is it long wheelbase van or not? DO you accept vans like that.As long as your vehicle fits into a standard supermarket parking space the car park will accept your van at no extra charge. Please note long vehicles requiring more than one standard parking space will be charged extra on arrival
Do you have anything to help my elderly mother get on to the minibus for transfer to the airport? It’s a high step up and she can’t do it herself? The car park have advised the bus does have a step, however it is not high. They do not have the facilityfor disabled passengers.
hi i have a vw caddy maxi, it is the same length as my estate ford focus. Is this ok?They will accept a vw caddy as it is the same size as a car
