By not naming the hotel until after you book we can offer you an exceptional rate. Approx. 10 mins from the airport, and facilities will include a bar, restaurant & gym. (Named on confirmation). Once booked this cannot be cancelled or amended.

All rooms have en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee tray, TV, direct dial telephone, trouser press and hair dryer. All rooms are non smoking.

Parking packages will include parking on site in the hotel car park. Overnight parking only will be charged at £2.00 per night.

Airport Transfer Details
Transfers run every hour between 04:15 and 23:15 outside these hours taxis can be booked at clients own cost. On return, a reduced rate taxi service (£13.50 approx) from the airport to the Hotel can requested by calling 01293 429429. Transfer Bus can booked on arrival at hotel, or if parking and going straight to the airport, minimum notice required is 1 hour, so please call ahead.
Approx 10 minutes from Gatwick Airport. Hotel transfer bus takes approx. 15-18 mins
£5 per person. On return, a reduced rate taxi service (from £13.50) from the airport to the Hotel can requested by calling 01293 429429.

Used the hotel for a night's stay before departing on 24th August. The room we had at the 4 star Copthorpe Effingham Gatwick Hotel was mediocre, had to call room service to turn the TV on! Apparently there is a button which should not have been turned off which had been - easy when you know how. Also no plug in the sink. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bus pick up to airport went ok (£9 for 2 adults). However, the bus service stopped at end of August which we were not aware of and this meant we had to use an airport taxi to get back 2 weeks later which cost us £16. Not quite the super saver deal we thought we were getting.

Would highly recommend. Great price for hotel overnight and leaving car for week. We choose this option as it was the cheapest. Was far more expensive driving and leaving car at airport or getting gatwick flyer.

Hotel was fine but it took longer for the bus to drive us from gatwick back to the hotel than it took to fly from dublin to gatwick .The annoying thing is it passes the copthorne turn off and circles all the way around the country side to the holiday inn then back to the copthorne.

The hotel decoration was a little tired but the staff were friendly and the family room we stayed in was very spacious with extremley comfortable double bed and 2 single beds. Would stay again. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on the food. Word of warning regards the transfer shuttle bus - we had intended to buy a family ticket but once on the bus we were told we had to buy 2 adult and 2 children tickets. If we had known this we would of got a taxi to the airport instead for around the same price but quicker!

We stayed at the Copthorne Effingham Park. I wouldn't really class this a 4 star - more a 2-3 star. The room was spacious but basic and the bathroom not very nice. On return the downstairs toilets were in a terrible state - two not clean/out of order. I booked this as the 4* Surprise and will definitely book a designated hotel next time after the experience

We were delighted with the whole deal. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and the onsuite was excellent. The only thing I would of liked was more milk for our tea etc. The bed was extremely comfortable and as it was a kings size plenty of room. We had soup and a roll in the Sports Bar which was delicous, the barman was very obliging. We will definastly go again and I have reccomended it to my friends.

We have used this hotel on many occasions for overnight stay and parking. the rooms have always been clean and tidy and the bed comfortable.food is good although a little pricey in a-la -carte,but bar food is good value for money and there are alternative eating venues in the area

Hotel not bad it was the transfers really let it down,45mins un acceptable.also our car was in a filthy state on collection and was in a very muddy so called car park we could not wheel our cases to the car.there was no comparison to the hotel we were allocated on this offer last time.

After reading so many negative reviews I was very aprehensive. However I was pleasently supprised, the staff were very helpful and curtious, the food was of excellent standard and not overly expensive. The gym was good, I was a little disappointed that the pool and sauna etc were out of bounds, but I had an incling they maybe from the previous reviews although not informed at booking or by hotel.The room was very warm and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very clean if a little tiered in places but not dangerously so, just a little scuffed. It did not distarct from being a very pleasent stay. I would definatly stay again. The transfer however was fine to the airport but very long return so I would definatly get taxi next time from airport to hotel.

At junction 10 of the M23 Motorway,exit onto the A264,Copthorne Way,towards East Grinstead.At the first roundabout continue towards East Grinstead until you reach the next roundabout.Take the first exit onto the B2028 (West Park Road),this is signposted towards Lingfield. Continue along this road and the Effingham Park Hotel is situated on the right,before the T junction.
