Holiday Inn Gatwick Airport is just five minutes from the Airport. There's an excellent range of facilities and services for business and leisure travellers, inc. Free High Speed Internet Access. Family rooms have plenty of space and kids under 13 eat for free. Shuttle service runs 24 hours, every 15 mins 5am and midnight, every 30 mins through the night.

All rooms have en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee tray, interactive TV, free high speed internet access, radio, trouser press and hair dryer. Day rooms available. Family rooms for 4 will consist of a double bed and a double sofa bed.

Parking Arrangements
Drive to rear of hotel and park in short term parking. If you have booked the standard parking package your car will usually be parked on site in the hotel car park, however at very busy times, at the hotels discretion, your car may be moved off site to Maple Manor Parking. You must leave your keys at reception when checking in. Vehicles are left at owners risk.
Additional Days Parking Charge
Additional days parking are subject to availability and charged by the hotel at £16.00 per day
Airport Transfer Details
The Shuttle Bus runs 24 hours per day every 15 minutes and every half hour from midnight to 5am to both terminals.

Transfers are charged at £3.00 per adult and £1.50 per child each way, (under 5's free). Taxis can be arranged for approx £6 each way.
Eating & Drinking
The Restaurant offers a Carvery and an A la Carte Menu. Set Menu is £20 for 3 courses. (Menus can change depending on the volume of business, please check the offer proposed on the day). Light meals and snacks are available in the Hub Bar and Lounge area.
Breakfast Charges
Full English breakfast is £15.95 per person, FHR clients can purchase voucher at reception to get special £12 per person rate. Between 6am and 10am.

All we needed was a hotel to allow us to be next to Gatwick for an early flight the next morning and somewhere to park the car - and that is what the Holiday Inn provided. Obtaining a drink was tricky as the vending machines contained only snacks (despite saying"drinks and snacks" across the top) and the bar prices were eye watering - eat before you arrive. The shuttle bus was efficient but you do have to pay extra.

The hotel was great and location was good for ease of transfer. We traveled with a baby and a toddler and the hotel was really helpful when we needed new bedding due to one of them being sick! The shuttle bus was easy enough even with our night flight but the drivers were extremely unhelpful and miserable. We had 3 bags of luggage and two pushchairs to get on and off aswell as two small children and there was no assistance offered and lots of huffing. He didn't even ask passengers trying to get on to stand back till we had our stuff off (the bus only has a door at the front). I would use the hotel again for a park and fly service but they should really look at the customer service the bus drivers give. It really lets them down.

Friendly, efficient check in. Car parking was easy and close to entrance, as was the car collection on our return. Food was decent although a little pricey BUT it is an airport hotel-captive audience.

Delighted to rate this. We thought it was excellent value for money. The total cost for one night B&B and 8 days parking was so reasonable, the hotel is super efficient, comfortable, and welcoming. Bar and food easy to find and good choice of menu. The parking was convenient and on return the car was easily accessible, no long search late at night - we returned at 23.30 and were driving away within 10 minutes. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Thoroughly recommend.

I found the whole experience very easy from our arrival to park the car and our return which was late and check in was simple couldn't fault it and would certainly recommend and use the service again. My only criticism would be the price of the breakfast, it was a bit steep at just over £15 pp!!! cost £20 for the two of us at Clackett services.

A very nice, comfortable, clean and convenient to the airport Hotel. Good food and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend it and would certainly use it again. Everything was made very easy with the parking and collection of our car. Also, the shuttle bus was excellent as we had a very early start and very early return.

Haveing used Holiday Inn at Heathrow I found Gatwick Holiday Inn came to the same standard. The staff very helpful, parking good, in otherwords no complaints see you next time

A great affordable package to take the stress out of travelling to the airport. The hotel met our needs for the overnight stay prior to our flight, and ensured we arrived at the airport in plenty of time. The airport was approx a 10 minute bus ride away. On our arrival back at Gatwick after our holiday, the bus was waiting for us to return us to the hotel to pick up our car, which had been moved to a pick up point just behind the hotel. Didn't have any food or drink in the hotel so I am unable to comment on the quality. Will definatley use again if flying from Gatwick.
