Description of Holiday Inn in Gatwick

Holiday Inn Gatwick Airport is just five minutes from the Airport. There's an excellent range of facilities and services for business and leisure travellers, inc. Free High Speed Internet Access. Family rooms have plenty of space and kids under 13 eat for free. Shuttle service runs 24 hours, every 15 mins 5am and midnight, every 30 mins through the night.

Rooms

All rooms have en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee tray, interactive TV, free high speed internet access, radio, trouser press and hair dryer. Day rooms available. Family rooms for 4 will consist of a double bed and a double sofa bed.

There are four suitable rooms in the hotel, available on request. Please advise at the time of booking.

Parking Arrangements

Drive to rear of hotel and park in short term parking. If you have booked the standard parking package your car will usually be parked on site in the hotel car park, however at very busy times, at the hotels discretion, your car may be moved off site to Maple Manor Parking. You must leave your keys at reception when checking in. Vehicles are left at owners risk.

Additional Days Parking Charge

Additional days parking are subject to availability and charged by the hotel at £16.00 per day

Airport Transfer Details

The Shuttle Bus runs 24 hours per day every 15 minutes and every half hour from midnight to 5am to both terminals.

Transfers are charged at £3.00 per adult and £1.50 per child each way, (under 5's free). Taxis can be arranged for approx £6 each way.

Eating & Drinking

The Restaurant offers a Carvery and an A la Carte Menu. Set Menu is £20 for 3 courses. (Menus can change depending on the volume of business, please check the offer proposed on the day). Light meals and snacks are available in the Hub Bar and Lounge area.

Breakfast Charges

Full English breakfast is £15.95 per person, FHR clients can purchase voucher at reception to get special £12 per person rate. Between 6am and 10am.

Very basic but convenient. We just wanted to put our heads down before flying out the next day. Left our car here for the 14 nights and so it was worth it.

Room compact but adequate for our needs. We arrived at 9.30 pm and checked out at 4.30am. Spaces available to park our car and the staff friendly and helpful. On our return our keys were given back straight away with out delay and the car was easy to locate. would happily use again.

Very convenient for Gatwick flights with a good regular bus service to the airport terminals. Parking is good and there are dining options - bar, restaurant and room service. A very busy popular hotel and more comfortable and better food than some others close by.

I always use this hotel and car park facility when the need arises.i think it is reasonably priced and close to terminals.rooms are clean and comfortable checking in /out is straight forward and never had any issues with my car.i have never eaten here so cannot really comment

We have stayed at the Holiday Inn at Gatwick a few years running now on their stay before you fly and parking deal. The hotel is great and the hotel shuttle bus to the airport is excellent.

We stayed here the night before we flew out for our 12 night holiday, included in the price was 15 days parking. The room was a decent size and fine for the 3 of us (adults). Decor was better than I expected for the price paid. The bar area was nice, we had a light bite and drinks, both a little expensive although not anymore than you would expect for a hotel of this standard. Checking in, shuttle bus and checking out all worked well, the parking was ok, the cars do get moved about to utilise the area more but my car was fine on return. I may have thought a little more about the parking if I had a high value car. My Conclusion for my stay: Excellent value for money.

Brilliant Service including Parking at a very reasonable price. Hotel was nice (nothing exciting) and Bar and Food menu was ideal. I returned to pick up my car easily and it is worth mentioning that it had the same mileage as when i left. The only issue was that it was a bit dusty! No problem but proof that it had been kept beside the airport. I WILL CERTAINLY BE USING THIS SERVICE AGAIN. Thank you.

Approaching from M25 and M23 Motorway,leave M23 at junction 9, towards Gatwick Airport.Continue over the next roundabout, Do Not Enter Gatwick Airport, but follow the signs to Redhill and Crawley A23.Turn right at next roundabout and join A23(Redhill and Crawley)from the slip road.At the next roundabout continue straight across and the Holiday Inn Gatwick is directly on the left hand side after the roundabout.
