Description of Holiday Inn in Gatwick
Holiday Inn Gatwick Airport is just five minutes from the Airport. There's an excellent range of facilities and services for business and leisure travellers, inc. Free High Speed Internet Access. Family rooms have plenty of space and kids under 13 eat for free. Shuttle service runs 24 hours, every 15 mins 5am and midnight, every 30 mins through the night.

All rooms have en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee tray, interactive TV, free high speed internet access, radio, trouser press and hair dryer. Day rooms available. Family rooms for 4 will consist of a double bed and a double sofa bed.

Parking Arrangements
Drive to rear of hotel and park in short term parking. If you have booked the standard parking package your car will usually be parked on site in the hotel car park, however at very busy times, at the hotels discretion, your car may be moved off site to Maple Manor Parking. You must leave your keys at reception when checking in. Vehicles are left at owners risk.

Additional days parking are subject to availability and charged by the hotel at £16.00 per day
Airport Transfer Details
The Shuttle Bus runs 24 hours per day every 15 minutes and every half hour from midnight to 5am to both terminals.

Transfers are charged at £3.00 per adult and £1.50 per child each way, (under 5's free). Taxis can be arranged for approx £6 each way.
Eating & Drinking
The Restaurant offers a Carvery and an A la Carte Menu. Set Menu is £20 for 3 courses. (Menus can change depending on the volume of business, please check the offer proposed on the day). Light meals and snacks are available in the Hub Bar and Lounge area.
Breakfast Charges
Full English breakfast is £15.95 per person, FHR clients can purchase voucher at reception to get special £12 per person rate. Between 6am and 10am.

On first arrival finding a parking space at the back of the hotel was a lot easier than had been anticipated, probably due to the staff frequently moving the vehicles out to a storage area until the required return date. The Customer service on the front desk was pleasant and very efficient, with a fast check in, purchase of shuttle bus tickets and table reservation for four in the restaurant. We had a our meal with drinks, was a little dearer than expected, however the quality of the food was great along with the service so didn't mind paying and we don't live in London so guess the prices are on par with other establishments, we may have felt differently if the steak was chewy and fatty etc. The rooms are all pleasant size with efficiently working air conditioning and we had a good nights sleep. All had a good nights sleep and easily caught the 04.30 shuttle to the South Terminal. Upon return we only had to wait approximately 5 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up and take us back to the hotel. Where again the front desk staff were efficient in finding the car key and outlining where the car was parked, so was on the road easily within 30 minutes of walking out the terminal building. A convenient hotel to stay at when flying in or out early in the morning, and I guess any other time. Will certainly use again and join their Park, Stay & Go Club.

We have used this Hotel and parking on numerous occasions and it always works really well. The rooms are fine and the transfers to airport are every 15mins which is one reason we choose this hotel. Good value for money

This is the second time we have stayed at the Holiday Inn Lovely hotel, rooms are very comfortable and staff are friendly and helpful Very easy to get to the airport by hotel bus which run 24 hours We would'nt stay any where else !!

How is it I can get free wi fi in any little motel in Canada but a chain like this in England want to charge !!!! Good for parking and staying the night before if you do not pay too much. food very expensive and so are drinks. The say at reception that a walk in price of £220 per night .... you must be kidding

An excellent service. Hotel staff were very polite & helpful, the room had recently been refurbished & was very clean, the car parking service was efficient & effective with the car ready on our return. Bus transport to & from airport was efficient. Would use this facility again if we fly out of Gatwick.

Comfortable and clean hotel. Good value when you compare with off airport parking cosidering you get a bed for the night as well. Staff friendly and efficient. Car parked on site with quick recovery on return. Big plus is that this hotel is last of 3 for the shuttle bus to call at so it goes direct to the airport. They were also running at 10 minute intervals so no waiting around. Hotel provides free drinks on your return which is a nice touch after a dehydrating flight.

Starting from Birmingham, Gatwick airport is the worst possible departure. Train involves far too many changes, the bus is ludicrously overpriced, so driving Is the only sensible choice. Stay 1 night at this hotel and they'll give you up to 2 weeks free car parking.
