Description of Holiday Inn in Gatwick
Holiday Inn Gatwick Airport is just five minutes from the Airport. There's an excellent range of facilities and services for business and leisure travellers, inc. Free High Speed Internet Access. Family rooms have plenty of space and kids under 13 eat for free. Shuttle service runs 24 hours, every 15 mins 5am and midnight, every 30 mins through the night.

All rooms have en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee tray, interactive TV, free high speed internet access, radio, trouser press and hair dryer. Day rooms available. Family rooms for 4 will consist of a double bed and a double sofa bed.

Parking Arrangements
Drive to rear of hotel and park in short term parking. If you have booked the standard parking package your car will usually be parked on site in the hotel car park, however at very busy times, at the hotels discretion, your car may be moved off site to Maple Manor Parking. You must leave your keys at reception when checking in. Vehicles are left at owners risk.

Additional days parking are subject to availability and charged by the hotel at £16.00 per day
Airport Transfer Details
The Shuttle Bus runs 24 hours per day every 15 minutes and every half hour from midnight to 5am to both terminals.

Transfers are charged at £3.00 per adult and £1.50 per child each way, (under 5's free). Taxis can be arranged for approx £6 each way.
Eating & Drinking
The Restaurant offers a Carvery and an A la Carte Menu. Set Menu is £20 for 3 courses. (Menus can change depending on the volume of business, please check the offer proposed on the day). Light meals and snacks are available in the Hub Bar and Lounge area.
Breakfast Charges
Full English breakfast is £15.95 per person, FHR clients can purchase voucher at reception to get special £12 per person rate. Between 6am and 10am.

comfortable hotel, clean room, helpful reception. Free coffee in reception whilst waiting for bus - very nice. Car not moved from hotel. Close to airport with frequent transfers - what more can you ask for!

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. Food in restaurant was good. Pick up of car following holiday was smooth and efficient - car was waiting for us in the one of the disabled spaces by the front entrance as requested on arrival.

The hotel was very clean and tidy, Situated only a short bus ride away from Gatwick airport for only £2 each(this is one way only), the bus drops you off about 8 steps away from the front entrance(give or take a step or two) we did not travel by car. The staff were all pleasant, and helpful, the room had all we needed for a one night stop over. There are 3 menu's we discovered, one for room service, one for the bar area and the last one for the restaurant, this gives you the choice and options you made need, this is handy as we are vegetarian. If there is one complaint I would have, it would be that the mattress was slightly worn in the middle so it dipped a bit, not much but I could feel it, still fell asleep no problem and it was not an issue. All in all a good place to stay and we would go back.

Always very easy, bus every 15 mins to terminals which is one reason we choose this hotel. Decent food for an evening meal and good breakfast too. Car is always ready and is kept onsite

Hotel was in a good location, a taxi transfer was only £6 each way which was the same price as the shuttle bus for 2 adults. Room was nice, reception staff were very helpful and would stay there again. The only negative side was when we collected our car it had been left parked IN gear WITHOUT the handbrake on!!! They were lucky my car never came to any harm.

We stayed after our holiday and, having arrived quite late from the airport, was pleased to have a comfortable and pleasant stay at the hotel. Transport to and from the airport was efficient but... and this is no reflection on FHR or the hotel... the waiting place at South Terminal is cold and unpleasant. We have waited there, bus stop 9, many times and it is always unpleasant. This is an airport matter but some improvement is required.

Have stayed at the hotel a few times. It is convenient and in a reasonable state of repair. Parking, accommodation and transfer arrangements are simple. Could be priced a bit more keenly though.

I have been using this hotel for many years at Gatwick prior to flying and always find them polite, helpful with clean basic rooms. A point to note is that the price of food and drinks at the hotel is now very high.

Great location and the shuttle bus pick up to the airport was very convenient and easy. On return to take the shuttle bus, it wasn't clear where to take the bus and the signs at the bus station weren't helpful. The driver also wasn't very helpful or friendly.

This was a very good hotel with very good service. The room was a nice size and very cosy. The bar and restaurant were very good. The parking was simple. The courtesy bus was regular and only took a few minutes. Would definately recommend.

Approaching from M25 and M23 Motorway,leave M23 at junction 9, towards Gatwick Airport.Continue over the next roundabout, Do Not Enter Gatwick Airport, but follow the signs to Redhill and Crawley A23.Turn right at next roundabout and join A23(Redhill and Crawley)from the slip road.At the next roundabout continue straight across and the Holiday Inn Gatwick is directly on the left hand side after the roundabout.
