Clear directions, easy to find and very close to the airport. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Driver was waiting when our return flight came in and our car was ready to go. Will definitely use again and recommend 100%.

When you have service without any issue , then it worth the 5 star rating , good clean reliable transport, on time then what else could you ask for , the only issue is it’s location down a country lane , but not bad access

I have booked at this car park for yrs, I find it so easy to book good prices all yr round service is excellent to and from airport, so easy to find the highway man as well, there is a restaurant, there but I have never used as flight so early all time but have bn told by friends meals are very good. Staff friendly no problems ever, my car is safe and I know I can relax knowing this while away. I give more than 5 stars rated 10out of 10.

Pickup and taking to the airport was very good However, on our return from Tenerife one van was full and we were told to wait for the second van(in the freezing cold!!!) 15 minutes later the second van turned up The second driver was very surly and very unhelpful If they knew the first van was going to be overloaded( and they did know this) Why didnt they send two vans straight away!!!!!! Been to the Highway man many times and this is the first instance of poor service

We have used this service several times before and never had a problem the outward transfer to the airport was to the normal excellent standard no issues. The return transport however was like sitting behind a driver with serious issues as soon as we left the car park he was red lining every gear he was very quick over the speed bumps swerved a man at the last second who was walking on the road pulling a suitcase behind then slammed the brakes on at the roundabout he then continued to red line each gear even though the narrow lanes he drove aggressively and forced other vehicles over to the side of the road he had a radio message as we were approaching the complex from somebody who said they were back by the office to which he replied I am almost back there were two ladies on the bus with us who also looked very scared I can only assume that he was possibly in charge of the office and is not a driver which would account for his shocking driving I have always promoted this service as it has always been excellent however after this experience I will not be doing this again and I doubt I will be using this service again

Directions for Highwayman Security Park
Direction:- Exit the M4 at Junction 33 and follow the signs for Cardiff Airport.
- Leave the A4232 dual carriageway at the first junction and take the third exit at the roundabout (A4050) - PC World will be on your left.
- Reset your mileometer at PC World. The car park is exactly 9.5 miles from this point.
- At 6.2 miles, youÂ’ll reach a roundabout with a sculpture shaped like two dragon tails - take the second exit, passing the airport.
- At the next roundabout, take the third exit towards St. Athan and Llantwit Major.
- At 8.2 miles, turn left and continue along the lane (ignore the narrow lane on the left, stay on the main road around the S-bend).
- Pass a small duck pond on your right. At the crossroads (8.8 miles), turn left.
- Continue for 0.8 miles and you’ll see the sign for Highwayman Security Park. Turn left into the car park — the reception area is on the left.

Vehicle restrictions and additional charges:
Standard cars and vans that fit within a standard parking space are accepted at Highwayman Security Park; motorhomes and vehicles exceeding standard bay dimensions cannot be accommodated. Trailers are permitted but require the booking of two parking spaces.
Overstay charges apply for any vehicles returning back outside of the original booking.
