On arrival at APH Cardiff Park & Ride (formerly Highwayman) with the booking confirmation or reference number. A member of staff will park the vehicle in the secure facility while passengers use the free transfer service to reach the terminal entrance.

What is the pick-up procedure?

When returning, the transfer service meets passengers in the arrivals area. There's no need to phone ahead, flight times are monitored to ensure a timely pick-up. Vehicles are ready for collection upon return to the car park. There is a designated drop-off & collection zone area at the front of the Airport

Excellent service - I was very impressed! There was no hanging around - bus was waiting for us at the airport and keys were given to us as we got on the bus so there was no need to queue again. Car was waiting for us where the bus had dropped us off - and we were on way home within 10 minutes or so of getting out of the airport.

The staff were friendly and efficient.The facilities were OK and the mini buses new and speedy.I was told that an extra charge was needed of £4.00 because the touchdown was after 2400.As it happens the touchdown was at 2350, but a refund was not forthcoming.A valid point I feel, and I would hve given full marks if it were not for this petty amount.

I would definitely recommend using the Highwayman car park. We had a 6 a.m. flight and arrived at the car park around 2.30 a.m., the staff were very friendly even had a joke with us. We were only in reception for around 5 minutes to sign the form and hand over key. They loaded the cases on the bus and we were in airport about 10 minutes later. When we arrived back they were there waiting for us. They were very professional and were about £10 cheaper than the other car parks I priced. I will definitely be using them again 10/10 for service.

We were dropped off and picked up a fair way away from the terminal. The transport was difficult to find for the return trip. I dread to think what it would have been like if it was raining. Otherwise good service.

Flight was delayed by nearly a day. The car park did not charge any extra. Great service throughout. We parked at the Highwayman cardiff

We had the car cleaned while we were away, reasonable cost and car was very clean when we returned. Left our coats in the car when we were taken to the airport told driver and he arranged for the next vehicle to bring them to us. Transfer was waiting for us no delay in transfer to and from airport we have used other company at Birmingham Airport and have had to wait in the cold for our transfer. Would definitely use them again if flying from Cardiff.

Directions for Highwayman Security Park

Direction:
- Exit the M4 at Junction 33 and follow the signs for Cardiff Airport.
- Leave the A4232 dual carriageway at the first junction and take the third exit at the roundabout (A4050) - PC World will be on your left.
- Reset your mileometer at PC World. The car park is exactly 9.5 miles from this point.
- At 6.2 miles, youÂ’ll reach a roundabout with a sculpture shaped like two dragon tails - take the second exit, passing the airport.
- At the next roundabout, take the third exit towards St. Athan and Llantwit Major.
- At 8.2 miles, turn left and continue along the lane (ignore the narrow lane on the left, stay on the main road around the S-bend).
- Pass a small duck pond on your right. At the crossroads (8.8 miles), turn left.
- Continue for 0.8 miles and you’ll see the sign for Highwayman Security Park. Turn left into the car park — the reception area is on the left.

Arrival procedure:
On arrival at Highwayman Security Park, check in at Reception with the booking confirmation or reference number. A member of staff will park the vehicle in the secure facility while passengers use the free transfer service to reach the terminal entrance.

Vehicle restrictions and additional charges:
Standard cars and vans that fit within a standard parking space are accepted at Highwayman Security Park; motorhomes and vehicles exceeding standard bay dimensions cannot be accommodated. Trailers are permitted but require the booking of two parking spaces.

Overstay charges apply for any vehicles returning back outside of the original booking.
