As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a very polite lady who was most helpful. With no waiting at all we had our luggage put into the back of a very clean mini bus again by a very polite man. In no time we were taken to the departures at the airport. I would add that we were given the option of locking the car and keeping the keys or to hand the keys in and record the mileage. On return, the mini bus was there and we were greeted with a smile in spite of the really dreadful weather. In no time we were back at the office and collected our keys. A guy appeared and took our luggage out of the mini bus and as ked if we needed help to put it in the car. To sum up this service, I can say that the efficiency cannot be improved on as everything was exactly as we had hoped. Yes we would without doubt use this service every time we travel by air from Cardiff airport as they were so kind and efficient.

Superb service, arrived staff waiting 2mins & we were off to airport. On return a wait of 5 mins for next minibus still excellent. Friendly staff, definitely use their service again. Many Thanks

Having used the Highwayman Security Park just recently and a number of times in the past I must say that the level of service received is still excellent .I have used other car parks but none can compere with this one.It is one of the most hassle free car parks I have ever used and will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Excellent Service. The staff are very professional and the return driver was exceptional even though he was "run off his feet". It would have been a good idea to have more drivers on when there a large number of customers so that no one has to wait. Fortunately the weather was dry but very cold.

Not so easy to find in the early hours or at night. However the service was good and very professional. Bonus the meals served at the Highwayman Inn. Would use it again now, that I am able to find the place.

Close to airport and less than the main airport parking. Quick and efficient transfer and collect just had to wait only 5 mins for pick-up and were where they said they would be. Car ready to drive off and keys given to us straight away. Would definitely use this service again. Only not 5* as transfer vehicle pretty basic but comfy and spacious enough and as not far to go was fine.

POLITE STAFF GOOD SERVICE PICKUP ON RETURN FROM HOLLIDAYS WERE WAITING FOR US LIKED THE SYSTEM ON RETURN THAT THE DRIVER HAD OUR CAR KEYS TO GIVE US AS WE BOARDED THE MINIBUS NO WAITING TO SORT OUT VARIOUS KEYS AT THE OFFICE AS IT WAS 0410 THATS ALL WE WANTED TO DO WAS GET HOME A GOOD SYSTEM THANK YOU WE WILL USE YOUR SERVICE IN FUTURE

before arrival date, I had to change vehicles. I phoned and asked if this was possible,It happened twice,I was told by the two different people on the other end of the phone that it was.They were both very friendly and helpful ,and I felt I was in good hands. my plan was for us all to have a meal at the pub when we arrived before setting for home.When we arrived it started to rain very heavy. The two men who took our details seemed to me to sound very boisterous and unfriendly in there manner and the way they spoke to me. It was raining very heavy so I asked if they could move their vehicle closer to my car twice and was told no.They were unwilling to help in any way, so I moved my car as close as it was possible but got soaked through, I m 64.It was v bad customer relations, but good service.

Good service, well arranged and efficient, would be 5 stars except they contacted me halfway through holiday saying they were outside airport (Cardiff) and where was I? They must have had me down as a week not a fortnight. But that is a minor thing. Overall I would definitely recommend!

Very affordable, close parking to the airport, which was easy to find. Quick and prompt transfers and friendly helpful staff on check in and drivers. Return flight during the night and bus was already there waiting! Would use again when flying from Cardiff.
