Its a great service we always use you. Only problem we found this year was bus arrived at airport for pickup 2.35am and was full, six people left behind had to wait a good ten minutes for next bus - no problem normally but it was freezing cold and drizzly and we had to wait in open car park which was really cold after a hot holiday. Maybe if you know how many people there are to collect two buses could arrive together save the cold wet wait. Otherwise everything was perfect.

All great with the only problem is the mini bus that collected us at the car park was too small and it was too late to be messed around.two people had to be left behind to wait for additional tranport.

You knew how many people were to be transported, however two had to be left behind as there was no room in the bus. After a long tiring flight it left a nasty taste in the mouth. However it was reassuring to know that my car was safe until my return. Thank you

Directions for Highwayman Security Park
Direction:- Exit the M4 at Junction 33 and follow the signs for Cardiff Airport.
- Leave the A4232 dual carriageway at the first junction and take the third exit at the roundabout (A4050) - PC World will be on your left.
- Reset your mileometer at PC World. The car park is exactly 9.5 miles from this point.
- At 6.2 miles, youÂ’ll reach a roundabout with a sculpture shaped like two dragon tails - take the second exit, passing the airport.
- At the next roundabout, take the third exit towards St. Athan and Llantwit Major.
- At 8.2 miles, turn left and continue along the lane (ignore the narrow lane on the left, stay on the main road around the S-bend).
- Pass a small duck pond on your right. At the crossroads (8.8 miles), turn left.
- Continue for 0.8 miles and you’ll see the sign for Highwayman Security Park. Turn left into the car park — the reception area is on the left.

Vehicle restrictions and additional charges:
Standard cars and vans that fit within a standard parking space are accepted at Highwayman Security Park; motorhomes and vehicles exceeding standard bay dimensions cannot be accommodated. Trailers are permitted but require the booking of two parking spaces.
Overstay charges apply for any vehicles returning back outside of the original booking.
