Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park, take the middle lane signed Short Stay Car Park and Meet & Greet. At the entry barrier press the ticket request button and take a ticket. Drive straight ahead, then bear left following signsWhat is the pick-up procedure?
When you return walk back to the car park's reception to collect your car. They'll give you a ticket to insert into the machine when you exit.What security measures does the car park have?

Attended the airport where the barrier was raised and i was directed to a parking lane. After collecting all the luggage etc we went to the meet and greet office where i was immediately seen by a friendly and polite official who took the keys and issued a receipt. We then took the luggage to departures to check in. On return we attended the office and handed over the receipt to a very curteous and friendly official who gave me excellent directions to the car.

Superb parking for East Midlands airport meet and greet. Very simple to park car in bay & hand in car key to office. Quick as no messing around straight into airport to check in. All within 5mins arriving at the car park The same on returning back no hassle or stress as picked up my car keys walked 2mins to my car, left the car park. No queues. I definitely use this service again.

On arrival at the airport, we were kept waiting for 25 minutes to gain access to the meet and greet car park, making us very late and only just catching our flight, despite being at the airport 2.5 hours prior to departure. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

Directions for Meet and Greet
You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.Arriving at the car park
Drive to the Meet and Greet car park and head to the barrier, which will photograph the condition of your car and lift automatically. Park in one of the arrival bays near the meet and greet reception and head inside to check in your car. Hand over your keys to a member of the team and a fully insured driver will park it for you at a secured site while you're away.
From there take the short 2-minute walk to departures.
Returning to the car park
When you return walk back to the car park's reception to collect your car. They'll give you a ticket to insert into the machine when you exit.
Accessibility
This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility as a shuttle bus isn't required. However the car park is unable to accept adapted vehicles. If you need any assistance let the car park know before you arrive.
The car park offers a grace period of 6 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day, which is subject to change.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
