Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park, take the middle lane signed Short Stay Car Park and Meet & Greet. At the entry barrier press the ticket request button and take a ticket. Drive straight ahead, then bear left following signsWhat is the pick-up procedure?
When you return walk back to the car park's reception to collect your car. They'll give you a ticket to insert into the machine when you exit.What security measures does the car park have?

Booked a meet n greet only because it was a last minute flight....! Nothing else was available...! Personally I think jet park car parks are ideal, just jump on the bus! Wouldn't use this meet n greet service again (not unless I had to..!)

Very straight forward everything went smoothly exactly what I wanted. This is not a traditional meet & greet where you are met and watch someone drive off in your car. You drop your car off very close to departures then drop your keys at the friendly office then pick your keys up upon return. The car drop is so close its actually less walking than most traditional meet and greet services I've used. Plus there are no calls to make to say you're 30 minutes away or have landed and need picking up. Totally hassle free and I would not hesitate to use again.

The service is first class. They have a permanent building for meet and greet that is right in front of the terminal. This takes away any concerns or need to call in advance. This is excellent!!

Not a 'real' meet and greet, you have to make your own way to a check in /out office and then find your car at the end, in our case, in the dark. If its raining you get soaked !!

Excellent service as always- be even better once the improvements are finished at East Mids and a proper office is available. Slight confusion on the access intructions to the car park though which mentions needing a code number that is now not required- this could be improved.

Overall, it was a fairly easy process and the East Midlands Meet & Greet is actually just parking your car right next to the departures as opposed to it being taken off site. I have scored a 3 based on the following: Firstly, the telephone number provided to call 30 minutes prior to arrival was not working. I did have the FHR details to hand though and called there. FHR were very helpful and within 10 minutes had called me back to say that the company had just been made aware there was a fault and for us to proceed as per the directions. Secondly, the actual instructions to find the meet and greet office were a little misleading especially at the barrier as we carried on straight into the short stay car park and had to pay £1 to get in so when we went round again we stopped an attendant and asked where we needed to go. I think the confusion was heightened by the fact that there are roadworks going on and I am easily confused where traffic cones are concerned. Otherwise though, a good value for money service and I would use again

Directions and signage on approach of the parking area could be much clearer. On first attempt was in wrong lane and ended up in the drop off area. I had to pay a pound to get out to go back around !!!!!!

Chauffeur was waiting for us when we arrived and within 5 mins we were on our way to departures. The main advantage was when we returned, as it was 2am, and the two minute walk to the office with the car waiting for us was a hassle-free end to our holiday! I would recommend it especially if you are flying odd hours.

This was our first time using Meet and Greet. And we was very impressed. We loved parking so close to the airport and not having to worry about transfers. And arriving back at East Midlands walking out of arrivals and straight to the car was heaven! No fuss no agro, it was easy. The directions was accurate and some to follow. Only negitive thing I would say was that on our paper work in small letter's was the code to enter the barrier. We didn't read that and as a result was waiting at the barrier. I think the code on the paper work needs to be singled out or highlighted in a different colour so it stands out. Overall was very impressed will use again.

Drop off went well, pick up when arrived back was v slow...the new guy couldnt start my care to bring to the meet location..generally they have been good in the past

Directions for Meet and Greet
You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.Arriving at the car park
Drive to the Meet and Greet car park and head to the barrier, which will photograph the condition of your car and lift automatically. Park in one of the arrival bays near the meet and greet reception and head inside to check in your car. Hand over your keys to a member of the team and a fully insured driver will park it for you at a secured site while you're away.
From there take the short 2-minute walk to departures.
Returning to the car park
When you return walk back to the car park's reception to collect your car. They'll give you a ticket to insert into the machine when you exit.
Accessibility
This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility as a shuttle bus isn't required. However the car park is unable to accept adapted vehicles. If you need any assistance let the car park know before you arrive.
The car park offers a grace period of 6 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day, which is subject to change.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
