Excellent service, from reception people and drivers only complaint would be the chucky covering on the car park very rough & muddy due to the rain that had fallen, would have been improved with tarmac.

When we arrived at the park we were told it was overbooked and we should go to another car park called "low cost parking" , it was about 2 miles away. We were given directions to get to it but we got lost, no map was given, we eventually found it by following a bus. I am glad we had left plenty time to get our flight

Straightforward check-in and transfer. On return the driver was particularly cheerful and helpful, appreciating that some customers may have just returned from warmer temperatures, on a rather cold and windy evening.

Very near to airport-staff know what they are doing-very efficient. Only one small thing was as single female travelling after midnight my car was 'over to the left' behind other cars and not seen from office. But otherwise staff were very helpful-have used before and would again

Outward journey no problem at all. Inward journey, at past 0130 the aircraft having been delayed, the driver did not make a deal of effort to collect passengers. I expect better of Flying Scot, having used them for years.

I arrived at the Flying Scott, parked the car outside the office, went in and was warmly greeted by the person on the desk, who having quickly checked me in, indicated that the bus was outside waiting to take us to the airport. The return after my short trip was essentially the same, Keep up the good service.

had to wait 35 mins for the bus to pick us up and when I went to collect my keys I was told that my car was not there as it was parked in another area.When I did eventually get my car the total time from waiting at airport to leaving was nearly 60 minutes. Will not be using them again

Directions for Flying Scot Edinburgh

No vans - only cars & 4x4 vehicles accepted - if turn up with a van you will be turned away

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed. Take the A8 towards Edinburgh Airport;
At the roundabout, follow signs for the terminal building (East Field Road;
At the second roundabout you will see the Hilton Hotel on the right hand side;
Take the first left into Fair View;
The car park is 400 yards along Fair View on the right hand side.

DO NOT ENTER 'SCOT PARK' THIS IS THE NCP CAR PARK AND IS NOT THE CAR PARK YOU ARE BOOKED INTO - YOU MUST GO TO FLYING SCOT PARKING

IMPORTANT:
- Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before check-in
- You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
- This car park will not accept any vans - if you book and turn up with a van you will be turned away

On return
On your return please use the courtesy phones ( Flying Scot/LowcostParking) located just outside the domestic and international arrivals hall or at the front doors or you can use your mobile on – 0131-335-3868 and make your way to stand 7 for collection. The buses will collect you there and take you back to your car .

Full on-site valet services available. Flying Scot are 'Carbon me org' and 'Proud to be Green '

All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.

Hi we have a Ford Ranger are these allowedFlying Scot will not accept a Ford Ranger, however Low Cost which is under the sam emanagement will - vehicles may be subject to an extra charge - assessed on arrival 
Do I park my own car? Am I required to leave my keys for the duration of the stay? The car is parked by the car park. You are required to leave your keys with the car park.
Would like to book but maybe changing my car in Spring with a different registration number. Is that a problem?ThanksWe do not charge to change the vehicle details. Once you have the new details please email or call us and we will update your booking.
