Very poor service when we returned, when we telephoned all we were told go to stand 7 waited at the bus stop for 35min in the rain, we were told by another parking company that there was a huge tailback of traffic, and we would be quicker walking to Flying Scot, I use a walking stick so was a bit reluctant but my husband was getting very agitated so we followed lots of other people trying to get to Flying Scot. We understand that it was not Flying Scot fault for traffic jams but surely when phoning we should have been told about this situation, and not just been told to go to stand 7

2nd time we've booked here. Booking was quick and easy . Service was efficient at car park, and is 2 minutes from terminal. Phoned for pick up when landed, and bus waiting for us by the time we took short walk to stance. Highly recommend.

When i arrived back at the airport i called Flying Scot to come pick us up. it took a good 15 mins before they came with the mini bus but there was a lot of people waiting and it could not take everybody. on the way back to Flying Scot there was constant communication with the office saying that they wanted the bus to meet another bus at the roundabout and transfer the passengers from our bus that were for another car park to another bus and their passengers for Flying Scot to ours. as you know the car park is only another minutes drive from there so i could not see why this could not have been done at Flying Scot. eventually it was decided to do the transfer at Flying Scot. When there it was a farce as they were trying to get the cases for the people moving to the other bus first but all the cases needed to come out so there was no need to pick out certain cases first. It was utter chaos. i don't usually use this car park and never again. I will book into Secure Parks as i usually do. This was not the fault of FHR and i will as always book through you again but not with this car park.

Excellent service provided on the way out from Edinburgh airport but quite slow in coming to pick us back up on our return journey. In the time we waited we saw a few other companies returning for their 3rd or 4th time.

Have only given 1 Star as the journey to Edinburgh airport was efficient. Unfortunately our return journey was very poor. It took around 30 minutes from our phone call to say that we had cleared Baggage Reclaim before the bus turned up at 02.55. The driver then dropped us off outside the Flying Scot office meaning that we had to carry our cases some distance to the car. All other companies we have used have dropped us off at our car. In addition we had to carry our cases on to and off the bus with no help from the driver and no apology for the lengthy delay from either the driver or the employee in the office If you are travelling outside of daytime hours I would seriously consider using a different company.

Easy to use, however early morning drop off with only one member of staff on duty and had to wait a while for someone to arrive at reception to check the car in. The bus driver was too busy smoking and we had to load own suitcases into the bus, fine for us but there were elderly who were really not able!!

Great service. No waiting about whatsoever. Bus was ready to go as soon as we were out of our car on arrival and again it was waiting for us as soon as we picked up our cases on the way back. On arrival back into the car park our car was sitting waiting for us. All in all a very efficient service

No vans - only cars & 4x4 vehicles accepted - if turn up with a van you will be turned awayPlease be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed. Take the A8 towards Edinburgh Airport;
At the roundabout, follow signs for the terminal building (East Field Road;
At the second roundabout you will see the Hilton Hotel on the right hand side;
Take the first left into Fair View;
The car park is 400 yards along Fair View on the right hand side.
DO NOT ENTER 'SCOT PARK' THIS IS THE NCP CAR PARK AND IS NOT THE CAR PARK YOU ARE BOOKED INTO - YOU MUST GO TO FLYING SCOT PARKING
IMPORTANT:
- Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before check-in
- You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
- This car park will not accept any vans - if you book and turn up with a van you will be turned away
On return

The buses will collect you there and take you back to your car .

All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.

Hi we have a Ford Ranger are these allowedFlying Scot will not accept a Ford Ranger, however Low Cost which is under the sam emanagement will - vehicles may be subject to an extra charge - assessed on arrival
Do I park my own car? Am I required to leave my keys for the duration of the stay? The car is parked by the car park. You are required to leave your keys with the car park.
