Excellent and courteous service as usual...no waiting at the airport and helpful driver put my suitcases in the vehicle and then in my car when we reached the Flying Scot. Your prices have gone up though, and there is plenty of competition at Edinburgh Airport for parking...!

On arrival was informed car park was water logged and we had to drive to a different car park. This additional time moving from one car park to another created stress on making flight on time. On return car could not be found as it had been moved to yet another car park, due to the RHS. Eventually retrieved car after an hour and a half.

We arrived in plenty time and were told where to leave the car and then run to the airport, the return trip was equally efficient although the site itself could do with a bit of a facelift, lots of rough ground and large puddles to be negotiated!

We were collected from airport promptly. However our car was blocked in and we had to wait outside in the rain for 10 minutes waiting for other cars to be moved. We had to ask worker twice for this to be done and not a good end to our holiday.

No problems at all,we have used Flying Scot before and would recommend to anyone.We can relax knowing the car is in safe hands while we're away.The bus dropped us at the terminal and was there to collect us again when we arrived back.What more could you ask for,great service.

Booking my car in was straight forward, on arrival day I drove in parked car and registered at the office without a hitch, jumped on the bus and was taken to and dropped off at Airport again without any hitches. On my return I simply phoned the office bus was there in quick time even though the traffic was horrendous with the Highland show traffic causing havoc, returned to office picked up keys and I was off, very happy with the service.

When i arrived at Flying Scot I was advised that i was to go to Low Cost Parking which is a linked company. The Low Cost parking is further from the airport and thus cheaper and not what I booked, it was Flying Scot I made the booking for and was very disapointed.

The drop off was ok however, the pick up on our return from holiday was very poor. As instructed, we phoned 'Flying Scot' on our arrival in the airport and then proceeded to the pick up location. At the pick up point there was a large queue of disgruntled people awaiting pick up. We stood waiting for around half an hour when eventually a mini bus arrived. There was a dis-organised rush to get a place during which time, the driver advised only 'blue' ticket holders would be taken during this trip. Fortunately, we has a blue ticket and were then taken to the car park. A considerable number of very unhappy passengers were left at the pick up point ! The passengers on the bus were all complaining about the waiting time / poor service. It would appear there was only one mini bus operating !! At the collection point, a number of owners were also complaining that there car was blocked in and they couldn't get clear access

Directions for Flying Scot Edinburgh

No vans - only cars & 4x4 vehicles accepted - if turn up with a van you will be turned away

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed. Take the A8 towards Edinburgh Airport;
At the roundabout, follow signs for the terminal building (East Field Road;
At the second roundabout you will see the Hilton Hotel on the right hand side;
Take the first left into Fair View;
The car park is 400 yards along Fair View on the right hand side.

DO NOT ENTER 'SCOT PARK' THIS IS THE NCP CAR PARK AND IS NOT THE CAR PARK YOU ARE BOOKED INTO - YOU MUST GO TO FLYING SCOT PARKING

IMPORTANT:
- Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before check-in
- You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
- This car park will not accept any vans - if you book and turn up with a van you will be turned away

On return
On your return please use the courtesy phones ( Flying Scot/LowcostParking) located just outside the domestic and international arrivals hall or at the front doors or you can use your mobile on – 0131-335-3868 and make your way to stand 7 for collection. The buses will collect you there and take you back to your car .

All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.

Hi we have a Ford Ranger are these allowedFlying Scot will not accept a Ford Ranger, however Low Cost which is under the sam emanagement will - vehicles may be subject to an extra charge - assessed on arrival 
Do I park my own car? Am I required to leave my keys for the duration of the stay? The car is parked by the car park. You are required to leave your keys with the car park.
Would like to book but maybe changing my car in Spring with a different registration number. Is that a problem?ThanksWe do not charge to change the vehicle details. Once you have the new details please email or call us and we will update your booking.
