Always park here when going on holiday as it is a very short distance to the airport. Staff are friendly and efficient. Never have to wait long to be picked up on arrival and car is always ready for us. Would recommend.

I had changed the details of my car, 6 weeks prior to the date booked in, they still had the details of my old car, they wanted to know my return flight number, WHY??, The staff were surly to say the least, they were supposed to be providing me a service, I had paid for, it seemed to be too much trouble. I was given a card with a number to ring on return, once I had picked up my luggage, which I did only to receive a answer machine, telling me to go to bus stand 7, which we did. Once there I rang again, this time getting though, I informed the person I was waiting to be picked up, he said why had I not rang earlier, I told him I had, he said why did I not leave my name on the answer machine, I was not alone there were others who said the same, they could not get through. The service was poor, the staff surly I will not be using this airport parking ever again. Your staff need customer service training. Yours Sincerely R E Pickersgill.

Good service particularly on the Monday morning to meet the flight. Had considerable wait for bus on return, put down to traffic problems. This creates problems with queue jumping as more folk arrive.

I've used this car park for years. It's easy to find and very near the airport. You don't have to hunt for a space, just leave the car and it's ready again for you when you arrive back. the transfer bus goes every few minutes and even on the return trip you rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes.

far to long a walk from drop off to terminal and back to drop off when you are elderly . not flying scots problem but very bad planning from Edinburgh airport would use multi store y next time . driver was good and helpful

Some time since I last used Flying Scot and was a wee bit disappointed! Service, transportation and administration were first class. On returning, when I got to my car the first thing I noticed was how mucky it looked, dried dust. Then when I made my way out I was alerted to 'Electric brake fault' showing. After I examined it the alert disappeared so I can only conclude that whoever was moving car was unfamiliar with the braking system. So, generally things were fine except for these two points.

Directions for Flying Scot Edinburgh

No vans - only cars & 4x4 vehicles accepted - if turn up with a van you will be turned away

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed. Take the A8 towards Edinburgh Airport;
At the roundabout, follow signs for the terminal building (East Field Road;
At the second roundabout you will see the Hilton Hotel on the right hand side;
Take the first left into Fair View;
The car park is 400 yards along Fair View on the right hand side.

DO NOT ENTER 'SCOT PARK' THIS IS THE NCP CAR PARK AND IS NOT THE CAR PARK YOU ARE BOOKED INTO - YOU MUST GO TO FLYING SCOT PARKING

IMPORTANT:
- Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before check-in
- You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.
- This car park will not accept any vans - if you book and turn up with a van you will be turned away

On return
On your return please use the courtesy phones ( Flying Scot/LowcostParking) located just outside the domestic and international arrivals hall or at the front doors or you can use your mobile on – 0131-335-3868 and make your way to stand 7 for collection. The buses will collect you there and take you back to your car .

Full on-site valet services available. Flying Scot are 'Carbon me org' and 'Proud to be Green '

All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.

Hi we have a Ford Ranger are these allowedFlying Scot will not accept a Ford Ranger, however Low Cost which is under the sam emanagement will - vehicles may be subject to an extra charge - assessed on arrival 
Do I park my own car? Am I required to leave my keys for the duration of the stay? The car is parked by the car park. You are required to leave your keys with the car park.
Would like to book but maybe changing my car in Spring with a different registration number. Is that a problem?ThanksWe do not charge to change the vehicle details. Once you have the new details please email or call us and we will update your booking.
