What is the drop-off procedure?

Park in one of the bays outside the reception, then head inside to the check in desk . Show your confirmation and the staff will allocate you a parking space and you will be given a receipt. You can then take your keys or if you prefer you can leave your keys if you prefer. The courtesy bus service will then take you to Bus Stand 7 at the terminal to the terminal.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your return after you have collected your luggage and are leaving the terminal call the number on your receipt for a pickup and make your way to Bus Stand 7.

What security measures does the car park have?

1st class...booked online...drop off hand keys over and hop on the shuttle bus....enjoy holiday....call from free phone at arrivals and jump on bus again to find your car waiting for you😊...whats not to like...friendly and efficient staff and great price to boot...many thanks

Check in and transport to airport were good but we're very disappointed on return from airport. We just missed the bus and had to wait 25 minutes before next bus came to pick us up. Very poor service !!

Im only giving 3 stars as although getting to the airport was fine, coming back was an issue. I called to say we had landed and was told a bus would be there to pick us up shortly. We waited 35 minutes for the bus to arrive which isn’t acceptable in freezing weather. 3 Flying Scots buses came in that time, so think I would rather go with that company next time.

we have used this car parking service in the past and have always been very happy with the service provided. However last night approx. 9.00 pm we returned to collect the car and was told 'its out the back'. We looked out the back but could not see it, there had been about 5 inches of snow. So we went back to the office and was told it was hemmed in with other cars just to the left of the office. They duly removed the car to give us room to move it but first we had to dig the car out of the snow and move it forward so we could get the cases in the boot. I would have thought the car could have been brought to the front of the office and cleared of snow, at least the windscreen. I was not at all happy with the off hand attitude and will not be using this service again.

Directions for Low Cost Parking

Arrival Procedure

You can leave your keys and your car will be parked for you, or you can park yourself if you'd prefer

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

From the Newbridge roundabout:
Take turnoff for McDonalds (Clifton Hall Road) take 1st left into Harvest Road and go under the bridge and then take 1st left for Ratho Station (Harvest Drive) follow the road around for 400 yds and take 1st left into Queen Anne Drive and pass the Newbridge Bond and the car park entrance is straight ahead.
Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time.

From Edinburgh and east
Take the Glasgow road heading for the Newbridge roundabout- just before the walk over bridge take 1st left into Ratho Station -take 2nd right into Station Road and then 1st Right into Queen Anne Drive ( just at SSE ) and the car park entrance is straight ahead.

Please note the transfer buses are not accessible by wheelchairs.

On return

On your return after you have collected your luggage and are leaving the terminal call the number on your receipt for a pickup and make your way to Bus Stand 7.


All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.

Hi not sure what car I am going to be using can I change the car on the day,as mine is in the garage ,not sure if I will be ready for Friday If the vehicle details change from what you have booked then you can email or call us and we will update your booking
Landing time is down in info re booking period.
