What is the drop-off procedure?

Park in one of the bays outside the reception, then head inside to the check in desk . Show your confirmation and the staff will allocate you a parking space and you will be given a receipt. You can then take your keys or if you prefer you can leave your keys if you prefer. The courtesy bus service will then take you to Bus Stand 7 at the terminal to the terminal.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your return after you have collected your luggage and are leaving the terminal call the number on your receipt for a pickup and make your way to Bus Stand 7.

What security measures does the car park have?

carpark itself and transport to and from airport was excellent, but directions and sign posting for car park were dreadful. we came from Glasgow area and directions were provided from the opposite side on approach, very confusing.No sign posting to direct you to car park at all. I am using the car park again now I know where to find it.

Ok on way out staff very pleasant and helpful. On return journey were met by what I can only describe as a very crabbit and most unhelpful driver. Coming off an early morning flight and back to the rain this was the last thing I needed.

Not a very prompt service to be picked up from airport. other buses were already at the bus stance waiting on their customers.what is the point of asking for flight number. Bus service should be there waiting on customers knowing what time the flight has landing.

Instructions to car park were clear and easy to follow. Mini bus collected us within 5 minutes of arriving, free call when we landed to the office and picked up within 10 minutes despite it being very busy. Car ready and waiting. Good price and would use again.

Excellent with friendly helpful staff and the best bit is just leave your keys at reception and they park the car and its back waiting for you at the reception when the bus drops you off. Will definitely use this park again

Not bad , but had to look for my car ( at the back behind the reception hut ) although there were spaces at the front when we arrived . I had a passenger who is disabled and his mobility scooter,plus all the luggage for four adults who had been away for a fortnight , lying in the middle of the road. People were driving around us and there was cause for concern.

You can leave your keys and your car will be parked for you, or you can park yourself if you'd prefer

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

From the Newbridge roundabout:
Take turnoff for McDonalds (Clifton Hall Road) take 1st left into Harvest Road and go under the bridge and then take 1st left for Ratho Station (Harvest Drive) follow the road around for 400 yds and take 1st left into Queen Anne Drive and pass the Newbridge Bond and the car park entrance is straight ahead.
Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time.

From Edinburgh and east
Take the Glasgow road heading for the Newbridge roundabout- just before the walk over bridge take 1st left into Ratho Station -take 2nd right into Station Road and then 1st Right into Queen Anne Drive ( just at SSE ) and the car park entrance is straight ahead.

Please note the transfer buses are not accessible by wheelchairs.

On return

All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.
