What is the drop-off procedure?

Park in one of the bays outside the reception, then head inside to the check in desk . Show your confirmation and the staff will allocate you a parking space and you will be given a receipt. You can then take your keys or if you prefer you can leave your keys if you prefer. The courtesy bus service will then take you to Bus Stand 7 at the terminal to the terminal.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your return after you have collected your luggage and are leaving the terminal call the number on your receipt for a pickup and make your way to Bus Stand 7.

What security measures does the car park have?

Could not fault the service at all,from arriving at reception we were dealt with efficiently and with a friendly welcome ,drivers were very nice,on arriving back to edinburgh we did not wait any time at all when we were picked up and our car was waiting at reception for us.would not hesitate in booking with them in the future .

First time from Edinburgh Airport but have used this company at Glasgow Airport fine on way out for an early flight. Did not see phone in baggage pick up so phoned on mobile on return and had a cold wait before pick up, and did not realise you had two locations for parking cars. We got off to pick up car and discovered that we had to return to bus to other location which all added time to our journey home. Driver was very pleasant and bus was warm.

Very impressed. We have used this car park before and have not had any problems. The coach was waiting on our arrival to take us to airport and also on our arrival back. Would definitely recommend and certainly use again.

The service provides everything it should. Staff were pleasant and courteous in both directions and there was no wait for the shuttle bus. The only negative is the distance you now have to walk to and from the drop off point in freezing cold and windy weather. However, this is not the fault of the companies, but the airport!

You can leave your keys and your car will be parked for you, or you can park yourself if you'd prefer

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

From the Newbridge roundabout:
Take turnoff for McDonalds (Clifton Hall Road) take 1st left into Harvest Road and go under the bridge and then take 1st left for Ratho Station (Harvest Drive) follow the road around for 400 yds and take 1st left into Queen Anne Drive and pass the Newbridge Bond and the car park entrance is straight ahead.
Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time.

From Edinburgh and east
Take the Glasgow road heading for the Newbridge roundabout- just before the walk over bridge take 1st left into Ratho Station -take 2nd right into Station Road and then 1st Right into Queen Anne Drive ( just at SSE ) and the car park entrance is straight ahead.

Please note the transfer buses are not accessible by wheelchairs.

On return

On your return after you have collected your luggage and are leaving the terminal call the number on your receipt for a pickup and make your way to Bus Stand 7.


All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.
