What is the drop-off procedure?

Park in one of the bays outside the reception, then head inside to the check in desk . Show your confirmation and the staff will allocate you a parking space and you will be given a receipt. You can then take your keys or if you prefer you can leave your keys if you prefer. The courtesy bus service will then take you to Bus Stand 7 at the terminal to the terminal.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your return after you have collected your luggage and are leaving the terminal call the number on your receipt for a pickup and make your way to Bus Stand 7.

Don't like having to hand over my car keys. Got back handed the wrong keys & given directions to where my car was - took three different places - I was told when I had to hand over my car key that it was so it would be sitting waiting in front of the office. Last year at Prestwick was so much better.

everything worked fine, from arrival on 4 Sept. Only a short wait for transport to Airport. On return we found the courtesy telephone directly after baggage retrieval. Again the wait for the minibus was only a few minutes, though we were pleased it was not raining as there was no shelter at the bus park, even for the Edinburgh Flyer. Not your problem but a continuous shelter across all the bus pick up bays should be provided by an 'international' airport. Our car was ready and waiting for us and we were quickly on our way. No problems.

I have used this firm previously on several occasions with no problem. This time they unfortunately lost my car key! I am still waiting for a satisfactory conclusion.

We arrived back in the UK late last night , my car had obviously been parked under a tree / lamppost result it was covered in bird droppings , when I got to clean it in the daylight this morning I found it had also been damaged by one of your parking attendants . Not very pleased .

This company offers good prices but on this occasion, did not offer good service, especially on the return journey. Our flight arrived ahead of time and we telephoned from the courtesy phone. We were told to proceed to Stance 5. Other passengers turned up at the stance and advised that they had not been able to get an answer on the courtesy line. After around a 20 minute wait at the (uncovered) stance, we telephoned the landline and received a curt "I'll send the bus down". No apology or explanation. When the bus finally arrived, around a furgther 15 minutes later, it was not large enough to take all the passengers. There was an unseemly scrum among passengers, who all, understandably, wanted to get home. Again there was no apology or explanation given and at least 1 passenger was left at the stop. This company are servicing 2 car parks with these small buses and apparently cannot cope at times. The wait was unacceptable and it is fortunate that it was a dry night. They must know whow many passengers are expected and yet send a bus that is too small. I would not use them again.

Once I had found the park it was easy as it was more accessible for the Edinburgh By pass. The car was near the gate which was helpful, when I collected it. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because it is a bit further from the airport but good value . Thank you.

Less than a 10 min drive to the airport. On returning to the UK made a quick call and the bus was there within 10 mins. The cheapest I found for Edinburgh. Would use again.

easy to find transfers to and from the airport were quick and pick up points at the airport were easy to find as we had never flown from Edinburg previously WOULD RECOMMEND this parking to anyone!

Poor directions and signage to find place coming from edinburgh. Caused me great panic when driving alone and on a timescale. Otherwise staff very helpful and pleasant.

We parked car for 10 nights. On arrival in booking in the car the staff were pleasant and informative for our return procedure. When we returned to pick car up again, the staff were lovely. We discovered car had slow puncture so the guys gave is a tyre inflator....most helpful and would definitely use again .

Arrival Procedure

You can leave your keys and your car will be parked for you, or you can park yourself if you'd prefer

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

From the Newbridge roundabout:
Take turnoff for McDonalds (Clifton Hall Road) take 1st left into Harvest Road and go under the bridge and then take 1st left for Ratho Station (Harvest Drive) follow the road around for 400 yds and take 1st left into Queen Anne Drive and pass the Newbridge Bond and the car park entrance is straight ahead.
Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time.

From Edinburgh and east
Take the Glasgow road heading for the Newbridge roundabout- just before the walk over bridge take 1st left into Ratho Station -take 2nd right into Station Road and then 1st Right into Queen Anne Drive ( just at SSE ) and the car park entrance is straight ahead.

Please note the transfer buses are not accessible by wheelchairs.

On return

All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.
