Service was prompt the only criticism would be that the bus used to transfer clients to and from the airport had limited suitcase storage space within it. The narrow aisle was then partially blocked as clients had to take their suitcases to beside their seats. This made it hazardous for clients then getting past to access only available seating at the rear.

I arrived at gate 7 to be met by a driver from Flying Scot inviting us to use his vehicle at Edinburgh I.30am. I had confused myself with Low Cost Parking and Flying Scot. I was told by the driver when we arrived at Flying Scot car park that I was on the wrong bus !!!. To his eternal credit the lovely guy took us back to the airport, filled his vehicle and dropped us off at our proper car park saying ' that we do not normally do this during the night ' I will definately use your company in the future,but would prefer to have more parity at 130 in the morning as to who is picking me up.

Everything was excellent but when we arrived back into Edinburgh I think we must have come out by a different exit and found it a bit difficult to find the stand where we were to be picked up. However, a quick call to the office gave us directions to the stand and all was well.

On arrival at Lowcost,Edinburgh I produced my Booking Confirmation 1801154325, but was informed by the staff member there that they had no trace of my booking on their computer system.. Thanks to the staff member he accepted the Confirmation as proof and parked my vehicle. Similarly on return, I had to explain why I was not booked in on their system, and without delay, my car was returned to me for my homeward journey. A "small glitch" in the sytem, but resolved without delay by the local staff there. The staff were polite and helpful under the circumstances.

We were greeted by courteous staff who explained everything to us. We were then driven promptly to the airport and dropped off. On arrival back we phoned the number given and a bus was at the stop a few minutes after we arrived at it. The driver was a cheery person who had the passengers laughing with his quips. Arrived at car park to find my car waiting for us at reception. Great experience and would use again.

Great value for money. Make sure you allow 30 minutes before you need to be at airport though as they advise as there is just the one shuttle bus so if you arrive just after it's left you will have about a 15-20 minute wait until it returns then 10-15 minutes to airport depending on traffic. Would definitely use again.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.
From the Newbridge roundabout:
Take turnoff for McDonalds (Clifton Hall Road) take 1st left into Harvest Road and go under the bridge and then take 1st left for Ratho Station (Harvest Drive) follow the road around for 400 yds and take 1st left into Queen Anne Drive and pass the Newbridge Bond and the car park entrance is straight ahead.
Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time.
From Edinburgh and east
Take the Glasgow road heading for the Newbridge roundabout- just before the walk over bridge take 1st left into Ratho Station -take 2nd right into Station Road and then 1st Right into Queen Anne Drive ( just at SSE ) and the car park entrance is straight ahead.

On return
On your return after you have collected your luggage and are leaving the terminal call the number on your receipt for a pickup and make your way to Bus Stand 7.
All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.
