Both check-in and departure handled efficiently. I couldn’t believe on arriving at 2 in the morning there were 4 members of staff giving back keys so no wait at all. Bus drivers were friendly and helped with the cases.

Used FHR to book our car in, went with APH, was extremely pleased as it's very easy to find after following excellent directions, staff very friendly bus service very prompt, driver very helpful, only had to wait five minutes when we returned after texting a code to say we were back, was handed key, car was neatly parked, got in drove off, very satisfied would definitely recommend as I have done many times

Fantastic service from FHR. Very helpful with my booking and answered all my questions - top class customer service. Easy to find the car park using the directions with the booking details. Dropped off the car keys and got straight on the transfer bus, all within 5 minutes. Didn't have long to wait for the transfer bus on return either, and collected the keys straight away. Hassle free, smooth service all round. Will definitely use FHR again.

Booking the car in was easy, the bus was waiting to take us to the terminal and the driver helped us with our cases. On our return the bus was waiting and the check out process was quick and simple. Excellent service I will definitely use again.

Would highly recommend APH. Will definitely only use APH every time I go on holiday. THEY GO THE 'EXTRA MILE' (or miles in my case!). Excellent service from car drop off to pick up. All the staff including the drivers are extremely helpful. On my way out of Gatwick Airport on 23/5/18 I forgot my mobile phone in the car. I realised that after having gone through security. When I contacted APH, they told me they had it. I was desperate to get the phone back as it had the holiday details and needed to use the satnav on it. APH arranged for one of their drivers to bring it to the airport and to wait for it to be collected by a kind gentleman from the duty free shop. Thank you so much.

Great car parking service for Gatwick airport. Easy to use and prompt service both ways. Was just a little annoyed as to the price when booking through FHR as you have to read the small print regarding cancellation. If I had booked the same service direct with APH I would have got a refund of Full Amount but through FHR they take approximately £10 to cancel if needed to. I did complain to FHR and they did waver that condition so all good in the end.

Directions for APH Gatwick
Directions from the M23Leave at Junction 10 (East Grinstead).
If southbound, take the 1st exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).
OR the number on your confirmation
If northbound, take the 3rd exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).
At the next roundabout take the 4th exit (A2220) signposted Maidenbower.
Continue on the A2220 following signs to Airport Parking Centre.
After 0.5 miles turn right into Wyevale Garden Centre. You'll see an APH entrance sign.

Please Note: Entering the postcode on sat-nav might not take you directly to the car park entrance. Once on the A2220 (Copthorne Road) please continue driving 0.5 miles until you see Wyevale Garden Centre and the APH entrance sign on your right.
Arrival procedure
Drive through the automated barrier and follow the road markings to the arrival bays.
Check in at Reception. Your car will be charged and then moved to a secure parking bay by a fully trained and insured valet driver.
Take the next transfer bus to the airport terminal.
Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and transfer to the terminal. You do not need to allow time for your vehicle to be charged; this will be done for you while you head to check in for your flight.
Return procedure
Once you have cleared Customs, follow the signs to the transfer bus stop and take the next transfer bus to the APH Car Park.
Collect your keys from Reception and pick up your car, which will have been charged for you.
There are staff on hand 24 hours a day, if you need any assistance
Transfer details
APH Gatwick Park and Ride customers benefit from regular transfers to both terminals. APH shuttles run every 10-15 minutes, average transfer time is 10-12 minutes to the airport.
Returns from both North and South Terminal to the APH car park run at similar intervals, also operate both dual terminal and dedicated terminal transfers.
Disabled facilities
Our buses have wheelchair facilities and staff are happy to help with any carrying of luggage.
If you require assistance, press the button at the barrier in the canopy and a member of the customer service team will be more than happy to help.
Futhermore, disabled customers can request at check in that their car be parked close to reception upon return to the car park.
Important information
APH will accept any vehicle that can fit into a standard parking bay and can be driven on a standard driving licence. APH will retain your car keys.
APH are unable to transport bikes, surf/windsurfing boards or items of a similar size on their transfer coaches. Snowboards/skis are acceptable.
Maximum vehicle height: 2.4m. Trailers are not accepted.

What happens if my holiday is cancelled or moved due to Covid?Providing that we receive more than 24 hours notice prior to your date of travel we are able to amend and cancel flexible bookings.

I have a roof box fitted to my car and have measured it to stand at 2.15m. I know the height restriction is 2.4m but wanted to check that this should be ok!?Thank you for your question, I have double checked with the car park and this will be fine.
What do you mean by "drop off time"?Is that dropping the car off at your premises, or passenger drop off at the airport?The drop off time is the time you will be dropping the car off at the car park and return time is approximately what time you will get back to the car park. Most people add on 2 hours after the flight landing time, to give them plenty of time to reach the car park
