Efficient service and generally well organised. However on our return from Gatwick late last night the bus arriving at south terminal was already full with standing room only. Surely when you know how many people are returning you provide enough transportation? There was another bus 5 minutes later but after long days travelling we all just want to get home quickly. The bus drivers were great and really helpful with the bags.

My car sustained a puncture on Copthorne Road on my way to park, the road had not been gritted. As my vehicle does not have a spare tyre and the hole was too large to use the repair kit I was in a dilemma a few hours before departure. The staff on duty that morning (Feb 27th) wee very understanding and accommodating, as they took charge of my car and transported me to Gatwick Airport. We exchanged text messages whilst I was away and the tyre was replaced leaving the car ready for collection on my return. A very BIG THANK YOU to Caroline for all your help, support.

Every thing went very well on arrival and departure flights. However we just missed a bus to the terminal upon arrival and the next bus took ages to load up and wait for passengers. We were then short of time at the terminal and had to rush to the gate for our flight. We estimated that we wasted half an hour waiting on this 2nd bus.

Overall very good. With good check in check out procedures. The only negative is that it seems to take ages for a bus to arrive/depart. Although I believe both were just within the published 15 mins time slot.

Excellent efficient airport parking. Although it wasn't explained properly how to leave, I was very tired & didn't realise I had to put code in barrier, therefore causing long queue. Apart from that very good.

Excellent service, directions were good to get there. Easy process, drop car off, bus to airport waiting. Driver helpful loading cases. on return telephoned ahead, within five minutes bus was at airport, again driver loaded cases on bus then drive to car park keys handed over upon giving ticket, car await within 50 yrds of office. EXCELLENT. Recommend to anyone.

Directions from the M23Leave at Junction 10 (East Grinstead).
If southbound, take the 1st exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).
OR the number on your confirmation
If northbound, take the 3rd exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).
At the next roundabout take the 4th exit (A2220) signposted Maidenbower.
Continue on the A2220 following signs to Airport Parking Centre.
After 0.5 miles turn right into Wyevale Garden Centre. You'll see an APH entrance sign.

Please Note: Entering the postcode on sat-nav might not take you directly to the car park entrance. Once on the A2220 (Copthorne Road) please continue driving 0.5 miles until you see Wyevale Garden Centre and the APH entrance sign on your right.
Arrival procedure
Drive through the automated barrier and follow the road markings to the arrival bays.
Check in at Reception. Your car will be charged and then moved to a secure parking bay by a fully trained and insured valet driver.
Take the next transfer bus to the airport terminal.
Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and transfer to the terminal. You do not need to allow time for your vehicle to be charged; this will be done for you while you head to check in for your flight.
Return procedure
Once you have cleared Customs, follow the signs to the transfer bus stop and take the next transfer bus to the APH Car Park.
Collect your keys from Reception and pick up your car, which will have been charged for you.
There are staff on hand 24 hours a day, if you need any assistance
Transfer details
APH Gatwick Park and Ride customers benefit from regular transfers to both terminals. APH shuttles run every 10-15 minutes, average transfer time is 10-12 minutes to the airport.
Returns from both North and South Terminal to the APH car park run at similar intervals, also operate both dual terminal and dedicated terminal transfers.
Disabled facilities
Our buses have wheelchair facilities and staff are happy to help with any carrying of luggage.
If you require assistance, press the button at the barrier in the canopy and a member of the customer service team will be more than happy to help.
Futhermore, disabled customers can request at check in that their car be parked close to reception upon return to the car park.
Important information
APH will accept any vehicle that can fit into a standard parking bay and can be driven on a standard driving licence. APH will retain your car keys.
APH are unable to transport bikes, surf/windsurfing boards or items of a similar size on their transfer coaches. Snowboards/skis are acceptable.
Maximum vehicle height: 2.4m. Trailers are not accepted.

What happens if my holiday is cancelled or moved due to Covid?Providing that we receive more than 24 hours notice prior to your date of travel we are able to amend and cancel flexible bookings.

I have a roof box fitted to my car and have measured it to stand at 2.15m. I know the height restriction is 2.4m but wanted to check that this should be ok!?Thank you for your question, I have double checked with the car park and this will be fine.
What do you mean by "drop off time"?Is that dropping the car off at your premises, or passenger drop off at the airport?The drop off time is the time you will be dropping the car off at the car park and return time is approximately what time you will get back to the car park. Most people add on 2 hours after the flight landing time, to give them plenty of time to reach the car park
