Fantastic service. Very easy to find from the M23 (no more than a 5 minute drive). The set-up is very professional looking, and the staff are very friendly. The transfer times are as advertised, and we weren't waiting long to leave and be picked up. I would definitely use APH in the future; highly recommended.

A first class service from start to finish. We arrived and were directed to where we had to park. We handed in our keys and collected our luggage. The bus was waiting to take us to the Airport. On our return we were asked to text a reference number, so they were aware that we had landed and our car could be moved ready for us to collect. We walked to the bus stop where the bus arrived very quickly. Several other people had been waiting for their bus to a different car parking company and where still waiting after our driver had helped everyone with their luggage and departed. The bus was full when he left, but the buses run backwards and forwards from the parking lot constantly. We had expected to wait longer than we did. On arrival at the parking lot, we were handed our key, given a code to raise the barrier and told where are car was. They are all parked in numbered rows. We will use this company every time we fly from Gatwick.

Booking in on arrival was seamless, and the bus was already waiting for the 10 minute trip to the airport, parking a couple minutes walk from the airport entrance. When we arrived back we followed the instruction and texted our ref to the number given as we picked up the luggage. The bus again was there ready and the car nicely positioned for collection at the car park. Faultless service. Thanks

The postcode on the confirmation email took us to a small unmanned car park so we were worried at first. Luckily we had plenty of time before our flight and spoke to a very helpful girl on the number provided who directed us to the correct place. She said she would get the postcode amended so future bookings should be ok. It was only 5 minutes down the road to APH and once there everything was very efficient and all the staff were lovely. Very secure parking and professional service. Drop off to the terminal and collection after the flight all ran like clockwork. Would definitely recommend this company and use every time I fly from Gatwick. Thank you to all the staff there.

Directions for APH Gatwick
Directions from the M23Leave at Junction 10 (East Grinstead).
If southbound, take the 1st exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).
OR the number on your confirmation
If northbound, take the 3rd exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).
At the next roundabout take the 4th exit (A2220) signposted Maidenbower.
Continue on the A2220 following signs to Airport Parking Centre.
After 0.5 miles turn right into Wyevale Garden Centre. You'll see an APH entrance sign.

Please Note: Entering the postcode on sat-nav might not take you directly to the car park entrance. Once on the A2220 (Copthorne Road) please continue driving 0.5 miles until you see Wyevale Garden Centre and the APH entrance sign on your right.
Arrival procedure
Drive through the automated barrier and follow the road markings to the arrival bays.
Check in at Reception. Your car will be charged and then moved to a secure parking bay by a fully trained and insured valet driver.
Take the next transfer bus to the airport terminal.
Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and transfer to the terminal. You do not need to allow time for your vehicle to be charged; this will be done for you while you head to check in for your flight.
Return procedure
Once you have cleared Customs, follow the signs to the transfer bus stop and take the next transfer bus to the APH Car Park.
Collect your keys from Reception and pick up your car, which will have been charged for you.
There are staff on hand 24 hours a day, if you need any assistance
Transfer details
APH Gatwick Park and Ride customers benefit from regular transfers to both terminals. APH shuttles run every 10-15 minutes, average transfer time is 10-12 minutes to the airport.
Returns from both North and South Terminal to the APH car park run at similar intervals, also operate both dual terminal and dedicated terminal transfers.
Disabled facilities
Our buses have wheelchair facilities and staff are happy to help with any carrying of luggage.
If you require assistance, press the button at the barrier in the canopy and a member of the customer service team will be more than happy to help.
Futhermore, disabled customers can request at check in that their car be parked close to reception upon return to the car park.
Important information
APH will accept any vehicle that can fit into a standard parking bay and can be driven on a standard driving licence. APH will retain your car keys.
APH are unable to transport bikes, surf/windsurfing boards or items of a similar size on their transfer coaches. Snowboards/skis are acceptable.
Maximum vehicle height: 2.4m. Trailers are not accepted.

What happens if my holiday is cancelled or moved due to Covid?Providing that we receive more than 24 hours notice prior to your date of travel we are able to amend and cancel flexible bookings.

Thomson have a habit of changing flight times and have even changed airports over the last 3/4 years.ThanksThank you for your question. I have a roof box fitted to my car and have measured it to stand at 2.15m. I know the height restriction is 2.4m but wanted to check that this should be ok!?Thank you for your question, I have double checked with the car park and this will be fine.
What do you mean by "drop off time"?Is that dropping the car off at your premises, or passenger drop off at the airport?The drop off time is the time you will be dropping the car off at the car park and return time is approximately what time you will get back to the car park. Most people add on 2 hours after the flight landing time, to give them plenty of time to reach the car park
