Brilliant haven’t used them for years as we’ve to cophall but was really disappointed with cophall on Amount of time buses ran from and to airport but Aph even with Covid were brilliant friendly clean will use again

We had to wait about 30 minutes for the bus back to the carpark. There was a huge queue and not everyone could fit on the bus when it came. The driver did apologise and said that they were aware of the situation and another bus was coming in 5 minutes but when you have just got off a 6 hour flight which was delayed by 20 odd hours that's the last thing you want to happen

Great service, definitely use next time. Everything went like clockwork. Staff friendly and helpful. Had confidence the car would be well looked after. The shuttle bus was excellent, driver helped put heavy cases on and secured them. Very close to airport.

This is an excellent, efficient slick and friendly service. Number plate recognition enabled us to pass through the barrier and we handed over our keys and went straight on to a transfer bus. The return journey was equally good in that the texting service meant a bus was ready and waiting for us as we emerged from arrivals at Gatwick. In fact I phoned the company to compliment the driver who was so helpful in helping everyone on and off with their cases, stacking them for us and being so polite and cheerful! This driver made our day and we will definitely book again for our summer holiday. Thank you.

Used this place a couple of times now, very efficient, cars well protected and looked after, only grumble is the staff are a bit abrupt, no pleasantries, no banter, no friendliness, its all a bit "Let's get you out of here" attitude. its been the same each time with different staff, they should perhaps consider that friendliness will help more for loyalty and return visits than just price and providing a service

Everything was as, if not better, than expected. Drivers were brilliant in helping with luggage and office staff were on the ball. Only regret is that the bus stop at NT for the return journey, i.e. no. 6, is a short walk from the front of the terminal.

Near to perfect stay, soon as we landed txt details we landed, still dressed in summer wear arrived out of terminal no signage to say where stop was looked around and had to go down a floor, arrive eventually and wait was 10 minutes at least for bus to arrive in the cold, must of been hour after I first txt them I landed. That’s the negative part of review the rest was excellent, when we arrived pleasant easy drop off, quick hand over & jump on bus, when did arrive back, drop off was reasonably quick, lucky enough to get out of bus first and avoid no que, got my key straight away, located car easy enough, on entering car checked Milage, and it hadn’t moved since I dropped off, so very happy overall, and have used before and will use again, cheers & thanks!

First class service and much better than their Birmingham airport parking branch. Good customer service and plenty of staff to deal with an 05:30 arrival. Bus driver helps you on and off with luggage; pleasant and helpful staff. Frequent bus service to terminal. Hassle free and car waiting on return without any damage! Will book with them again

Directions from the M23Leave at Junction 10 (East Grinstead).
If southbound, take the 1st exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).
OR the number on your confirmation
If northbound, take the 3rd exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).
At the next roundabout take the 4th exit (A2220) signposted Maidenbower.
Continue on the A2220 following signs to Airport Parking Centre.
After 0.5 miles turn right into Wyevale Garden Centre. You'll see an APH entrance sign.

Please Note: Entering the postcode on sat-nav might not take you directly to the car park entrance. Once on the A2220 (Copthorne Road) please continue driving 0.5 miles until you see Wyevale Garden Centre and the APH entrance sign on your right.
Arrival procedure
Drive through the automated barrier and follow the road markings to the arrival bays.
Check in at Reception. Your car will be charged and then moved to a secure parking bay by a fully trained and insured valet driver.
Take the next transfer bus to the airport terminal.
Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and transfer to the terminal. You do not need to allow time for your vehicle to be charged; this will be done for you while you head to check in for your flight.
Return procedure
Once you have cleared Customs, follow the signs to the transfer bus stop and take the next transfer bus to the APH Car Park.
Collect your keys from Reception and pick up your car, which will have been charged for you.
There are staff on hand 24 hours a day, if you need any assistance
Transfer details
APH Gatwick Park and Ride customers benefit from regular transfers to both terminals. APH shuttles run every 10-15 minutes, average transfer time is 10-12 minutes to the airport.
Returns from both North and South Terminal to the APH car park run at similar intervals, also operate both dual terminal and dedicated terminal transfers.
Disabled facilities
Our buses have wheelchair facilities and staff are happy to help with any carrying of luggage.
If you require assistance, press the button at the barrier in the canopy and a member of the customer service team will be more than happy to help.
Futhermore, disabled customers can request at check in that their car be parked close to reception upon return to the car park.
Important information
APH will accept any vehicle that can fit into a standard parking bay and can be driven on a standard driving licence. APH will retain your car keys.
APH are unable to transport bikes, surf/windsurfing boards or items of a similar size on their transfer coaches. Snowboards/skis are acceptable.
Maximum vehicle height: 2.4m. Trailers are not accepted.

What happens if my holiday is cancelled or moved due to Covid?Providing that we receive more than 24 hours notice prior to your date of travel we are able to amend and cancel flexible bookings.

I have a roof box fitted to my car and have measured it to stand at 2.15m. I know the height restriction is 2.4m but wanted to check that this should be ok!?Thank you for your question, I have double checked with the car park and this will be fine.
What do you mean by "drop off time"?Is that dropping the car off at your premises, or passenger drop off at the airport?The drop off time is the time you will be dropping the car off at the car park and return time is approximately what time you will get back to the car park. Most people add on 2 hours after the flight landing time, to give them plenty of time to reach the car park
