An excellent service - had an issue with a flat tyre upon arrival and the guys were very accommodating. Our return flight was delayed by over 3.5 hours, no fuss, no drama simply welcomed us back home, handed keys back and wished us a safe onward journey. All-star service!!

From arriving all went smoothly handed in my keys got on the bus to arport driver help with bags. On returning one tex bus arrived driver help with bags on bus. I could falt the service. Would recomend 5 star.

Been using APH for a few years now and always had good customer experience. Recently they moved closer to J10 of M23 and the airport itself which is great. Easy to find friendly service hassle free and just a short 10ish minute shuttle to the terminals. Will be using again this year.

Whole set up was good, only fly in the ointment was the middle aged lady on reception (Sunday 31st 10.30 am) who rolled her eyes when I asked her to repeat someting as I am hard of hearing.

First time at their new site beside Wyevale Garden Centre. Fast and efficient as always in a lovely clean modern premises. Friendly drivers and reception staff. Used many times and will continue to use. One thing - the directions given to the new site on the booking confirmation are slightly inaccurate as a new roundabout has been added on the Copthorne Way as you come off the M23. In daylight I am sure that it is obvious that this isn't the "first roundabout" but at 3am in the dark it clearly was causing confusion as cars in front of us were circling round and round obviously following the original directions. I was lucky as I knew the actual roundabout mentioned ws further down.

Directions from the M23Leave at Junction 10 (East Grinstead).
If southbound, take the 1st exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).
OR the number on your confirmation
If northbound, take the 3rd exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).
At the next roundabout take the 4th exit (A2220) signposted Maidenbower.
Continue on the A2220 following signs to Airport Parking Centre.
After 0.5 miles turn right into Wyevale Garden Centre. You'll see an APH entrance sign.

Please Note: Entering the postcode on sat-nav might not take you directly to the car park entrance. Once on the A2220 (Copthorne Road) please continue driving 0.5 miles until you see Wyevale Garden Centre and the APH entrance sign on your right.
Arrival procedure
Drive through the automated barrier and follow the road markings to the arrival bays.
Check in at Reception. Your car will be charged and then moved to a secure parking bay by a fully trained and insured valet driver.
Take the next transfer bus to the airport terminal.
Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and transfer to the terminal. You do not need to allow time for your vehicle to be charged; this will be done for you while you head to check in for your flight.
Return procedure
Once you have cleared Customs, follow the signs to the transfer bus stop and take the next transfer bus to the APH Car Park.
Collect your keys from Reception and pick up your car, which will have been charged for you.
There are staff on hand 24 hours a day, if you need any assistance
Transfer details
APH Gatwick Park and Ride customers benefit from regular transfers to both terminals. APH shuttles run every 10-15 minutes, average transfer time is 10-12 minutes to the airport.
Returns from both North and South Terminal to the APH car park run at similar intervals, also operate both dual terminal and dedicated terminal transfers.
Disabled facilities
Our buses have wheelchair facilities and staff are happy to help with any carrying of luggage.
If you require assistance, press the button at the barrier in the canopy and a member of the customer service team will be more than happy to help.
Futhermore, disabled customers can request at check in that their car be parked close to reception upon return to the car park.
Important information
APH will accept any vehicle that can fit into a standard parking bay and can be driven on a standard driving licence. APH will retain your car keys.
APH are unable to transport bikes, surf/windsurfing boards or items of a similar size on their transfer coaches. Snowboards/skis are acceptable.
Maximum vehicle height: 2.4m. Trailers are not accepted.
The vehicle will be kept in one of the APH car parks and may be driven between car parks by fully insured drivers.

What happens if my holiday is cancelled or moved due to Covid?Providing that we receive more than 24 hours notice prior to your date of travel we are able to amend and cancel flexible bookings.

Thomson have a habit of changing flight times and have even changed airports over the last 3/4 years.ThanksThank you for your question. I have a roof box fitted to my car and have measured it to stand at 2.15m. I know the height restriction is 2.4m but wanted to check that this should be ok!?Thank you for your question, I have double checked with the car park and this will be fine.
What do you mean by "drop off time"?Is that dropping the car off at your premises, or passenger drop off at the airport?The drop off time is the time you will be dropping the car off at the car park and return time is approximately what time you will get back to the car park. Most people add on 2 hours after the flight landing time, to give them plenty of time to reach the car park
