What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

A slightly long wait in the mini bus while other travellers arrived and handed there keys to reception as we were first into the vehicle. Not a problem as we had plenty of time on this occasion but could have been frustrating if time was short.

Excellent service arrived early hours of the morning and taken almost immediately to the North Terminal, and on return only had to wait 5 minutes to be picked up and taken back to the car park site. Very pleasant experience

We arrived after midnight on Tuesday last, a nasty night with freezing fog. To our amazement, and delight, our car had been started and the windscreens cleared of frost. Many thanks! if you hadn't sent this survey I was going to send an e mail to thank you (once i got reconnected to the net!). transfers were also very smooth and on time.

Excellent effortless service, arrived out of hours and was picked up by cophall within 15 minutes. The whole experience was totally effortless and simple, people are very friendly. Minibus drivers in particular very friendly/ courteous.

We use Cophall Parking every time we are flying from Gatwick and find them to be very efficient. We never wait longer than 10 minutes for the shuttle bus and often times the shuttle bus is waiting for us. The drivers and the people that work in their office are very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend them to anyone flying from both North and South Terminal at Gatwick

Just a few words to say that we found your service to be very good, professional and courteous in all aspects. Previously we had used the 'big names' and whilst there were no problems with their service provision, we found that they lacked the 'personal service' touch that is valued by us greatly. Quick, easy and simple, park car, hand over car key,you are given a card to hand in on return, jump on minibus and off to airport, on return call to say you have landed and go to bus pick up point, when back at car park, hand over card and collect keys, cars out front ..could not be any simpler ..

The staff were very efficient and there was no waiting around for the transfer bus, they will pick you up or drop you off even if there are no other passengers making the journey. I will definitely use this service again.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride is fully insured, manned 24 hours a day, and has CCTV surveillance around the clock for your complete peace of mind. Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
