I was very satisfied for all the required servives; above all as we arrived back at Gatwick airport, we sent a sms to the Parking on arrival and did hardly wait whilst out in Bay 8 as the mini bus came very quickly; thanks for that! it was freezing.....

I was told it takes ~15 minutes to get to the airport from your car park, this in my own experience is rather ambitious. It took about half an hour! I was put on bus that would have gotten to the airport about 15 before my flight time. The route to the airport should be flexible and based on customer departure times and not just on South before North terminal as insisted by your bus dirver irrespective of the fact that I would have missed my flight had he gone to the South before the Noth terminal. Pick up on return journey also took ~30 minutes although I was told it will take 3 minutes when I called to be picked up. Hope these comment help you provide better services to your customers.

Easy to book on line, and even after I had unknowlingly made a mistake and double booked the representative contacted me and quickly resolved the situation and then again, when the car we originally booked broke down and we needed to change our details on the booking form. on my return to trip yesterday i had to wait 30 minutes for the mini van to arrive, this also included me calling to check the driver was on his way, this is the first time i have had to wait such a long time and was particularly noticeable as it was so cold yesterday

As always a very efficient service. We did not have to wait around at either end, which was lucky as we came back to Gatwick in freezing temperatures. All members of staff were polite and welcoming.

The only downside to this experience is that the bus stop at the airport has been moved so you have to walk further with your luggage to and from the entrance, obviously this is the fault of the airport not the parking company.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick
From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.
