Had to wait quite a time just to pick up keys on return whilst four checking-in customers in front of us in the queue searched in turn for their return flight details etc. However the second attendant was continually on the phone, so perhaps this is only an occasional problem.

Although good value for money I personally felt the transport vehicles were too old for transportation for customers to be taken to be airport. I was also a little concerned as to see a "work shop" very close to the parking areas

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick
From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
