What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

on reachibng airport my mobilebattery was expired so I used public phone the number I was given went unanswered then through to an answer phone.Om reaching b us stop there was a bus from the car park the driver wouyld not take me as he did not have my name but customers arriving after me were transported.He phoned in and I was made to wait another 10minutes for nec=xt driver who stil did not have my nsmer but phoned in and did transported us.

My one complaint and I have experienced this a few times, is the wait at Gatwick for the return transfer, on Thursday evening it was nearly 25 mins, after a long filght arriving in Gatwick at 23:15 Hrs to have to wait in the cold beyond 15 mins is in my view a poor service.

The car park is very easy to find, it may seem along way from the airport but its only minutes away. As soon as we arrived we were taken in their mini bus to Gatwick. We were given a free phone number to call on our return. We didn't have to wait too long. This is the 2nd time I have used CFP and I would happily do so again. Both the drivers were very nice and helpful.

Both the drop off and the pick up went smoothly, when you arrive there you are met with a smiling face and the pick up arrived within 10 mins and the car is waiting for you outside their office. What more could you ask for

I thought the service was good, my only negative was that they didn't ask for ID or my parking ticket before giving me my key back. It made me think that anyone could have given my name and taken my key. Otherwise, thanks for the service you provide. It all went very smoothly.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
