On the whole a smooth service with helpful drivers.However one star deducted for the abrupt manner of the young lady who barked her orders at me on my arrival at the arrival office.

All was good except the 40 minute wait for the return bus to the car park, this was far too long especially at 10 o’clock at night and when other suppliers had at least 3 buses each in this time. We have used Cophall Parking a lot in the past but this has put me off using them again in the future

Airport parking made simple! You turn up drop your car off and a shuttle bus takes you and your luggage to whatever airport terminal you are going to. On your return you phone them and tell them you’re ready to be picked up and they do. Cars are in a safe and secure compound. Thoroughly recommend!

Always a quick smooth transition.. park your car , hand your key in, jump in the bus to airport and ring them when you land so they send you a bus and have your car ready! Simple as that- Never had any issues with Cophall parking will always use them

Took a long time to get to north terminal as we stopped at south to pic up people coming home so it was packed on the bus and no room for cases. Those getting on at south had to get off at north with their cases so others going to north could get off. Car had been parked under a sticky tree and was covered with blossom which was all stuck on. We have had it cleaned twice and it is still sticky, would not recommend this car park

When we got to Cophall to pick up the car, there was a problem with the coil spring which had snapped, we think travelling to the airport due to a pothole!!! The staff were excellent, the manager came out directly to see us and explain the situation and his staff made us coffee while we waited for the first RAC van who confirmed yep it was undrivable and we needed to wait for a pick up truck. We waited in Cophall's reception area, where all the staff were so helpful and friendly. We have now used Cophall on 4 or 5 occasions and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick
From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
