Would have been given 5 star but I felt they could improve on the attitude of staff taking calls on return. It is often the case people are tired and not best organised on return from holiday and don't need the extra stress of staff being abrupt and unhelpful. I appreciate their work in high volume and repetitive but they must remember a calm attitude and a smile goes a long way in defining service users experience.

As usual, prompt attention on arrival & no waiting for transport to the airport. A little hiccup on our return, but it was soon sorted by the staff & we were also offered a car wash to clean away some bird dirt..

On car drop off morning, no assistance given for getting luggage onto transport, several people had to stand including myself because of a lack of seats, in my opinion unsafe. Clearly, the number of persons requiring transport to North/South Terminal would have been known, therefore additional transport should have been laid on. Whilst the pick up for return to car pick went well and luggage assistance given, insufficient information was given to locate car and also how to get out through the barrier. In my opinion, communication skills of some staff was lacking

I have used Cophall several times and had no complaints. On this occasion, I arrived back at Gatwick after my holiday and followed the instructions on the card, calling the office to be told a bus was on the way. I waited at the stop for half an hour with several others. We all made calls to the office and received different excuses - we have sent a bus 20 minutes ago; one is on the way; it's at the North Terminal and will be with you in moments; we are busy and the traffic is bad... And so on. It was nearly an hour before the bus turned up and the driver seemed unaware there was a problem. Very frustrating. Having said that, the keys and car were ready for collection back at the car park. I will give Cophall the benefit of the doubt this time before trying Purple Parking.

Arrived at cophall car park and reception was quick and easy to check car in. Waited about 10mins before bus departed then arrived at the south terminal about 10mins later then on to the North where I got off from parking the car to north terminal about 30mins all in. On return phoned the car park to say I had arrived back walked round to the waiting bus (luck) and was departing the car park about 20mins later. Yet again the reception was very quick and professional.

Positives: Check in and transfer to and from north terminal Gatwick was very efficient. Negatives: Upon check out was given my car keys and advised my car was parked in car park C to find my car was unlocked and front window screen cracked. I have used cophall parking for many years but this experience has unnerved me and I may not return.

Not at all organised. We had to wait for bus to and from airport. Our car wasn’t ready on return and not given anytime estimate. The answer was they couldn’t tell how long the wait would be. Surely they have ways to communicate with carpark staff from the reception!!!

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick
From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
