Since Cophall Parking Gatwick was taken over by Maple Parking we have found the service has dropped a little. This time they have started using a single decker Bus style transport, similar to APH which we have also used. I'm afraid the Bus they use wasn't as good or clean as APH and the driver didn't help at all with the luggage. Customers had to squeeze themselves into the bus with luggage everywhere. We personally will pay a few pounds more next time and use APH

Was happy with parking at Cophall, staff efficient, easy to book in, transport provided to our terminal at Gatwick. Only thing I wasn’t happy with had to wait about 50 minutes for our return transport back to the car park. At gone midnight it was cold waiting and not much fun! This definitely needs improving.

I have used Cophall farm many times in the past and always been very happy with them. Never any problems. Sometimes the pickup from the terminal seems to take a bit longer than others, but that's probably just timing. I'll continue to use them, I have total piece of mind doing so.

Good service but feel the pick up point of bus stop 6 is a bit if a distance away, otherwise every else is perfect, friendly staff. Preferred other parking site as closer.

I have used Cophall for many years.i was a little worried about the merge with Maple but I have used them too. I need not have worried. It is all very slick in checking in and getting to the terminals. The staff were really helpful as my husband left his phone in the car and they dropped it off to us on the next bus! I would recommend them for service and costs. Thank you.

Carparking was easy to book and a very reasonable price. Place was easy to find, Satnav took me straight there. Dropping car off and collecting was quick and painless. Transfers from carpark to airport and back were immediate. Cannot fault in any way, would definitely recommend.

Called them as they asked car arrived 10 mins later with other people already on it only four people could get on even though o was there first had to wait for bus about 5 mi a later and we had to wait until the bus until people had arrived before we could leave. It took over 40 mins to get back to me car from when I called them. Not good enough

Helpful staff. Return pick up from airport good have been a bit quicker, unfortunately a few groups waiting. But proximity to airport god, so wait is fairly short.

We have parked at Cophall for many years. This time was an absolute shambles. On our out journey we had to sit in an old bus, no heating with doors open. Very unpleasant and felt not welcome. On return journey we got the same old bus which was not suitable for purpose. It was overcrowded no room for baggage and 2 families had push chairs . It was like a 3rd world experience. GET RID OF THAT BUS.

Absolutely excellent - from the girls behind the desk to being transferred to and from the airport. I thought I would have 25% off. The price was much more expensive than before. I paid £89 for one week? Please advise why so much. Maybe as we had 4 persons. Thank you.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick
From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
