What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Great! Nice people, good service, their motto of parking with a smile matches the customer experience. In an ideal world they'd be closer to Gatwick but the price makes up for this.

As a frequent traveller from gatwick, I have found CPG to be the best parking I have used during the last year. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and everywhere was bright and clean. I felt my car was secure whilst I was away. I will definitely use your services again. Many thanks.

Easy to find car park even in the dark, and smooth check in. Due to peak time had to wait 10 mins for a bus to the airport but the queueing system was well organised. On the return we had a really unacceptable wait of 25 mins from phoning from arrivals till a bus picked us up, and had to phone twice. Overall an average experience for the price.

The thing that stands you apart from any of the other car parking companies, apart from being cheaper. Is that when returning I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for the bus and never at all on most occasions. It is often very satisfying to walk past queues of people waiting to be picked up by other companies!!

As ever excellent service from the staff. Online booking is easy as is talking to a staff member if needed. The booking-in service is quick and efficient even at silly o'clock in the morning. I have used this site whenever I fly from Gatwick for several years now and would not go elsewhere.

I booked 3 hours before my flight on Friday 3rd October 14, the emails where ready within minutes. (Very good when your panicking and the roads are a disgrace) Upon arrival I was greeted in a polite and professional manner. The 10 min trip to the north terminal was comfortable and reliable. The drivers to and from the airport were curteous and friendly. When I landed on the 6th with delays to my flight I called ahead and only waited 5 minutes for the minibus. Before I knew it I was back to reception, exchanged for my keys and was on my way. The price was amazing and very good value for money, not to forget the excellent customer service. I am travelling 2 more times this year and will definetly use again and reccommend.

Found car park easily and was off to airport after few minutes, same on arriving back got to bus stop and minibus arrived to pick us up shortly after. Bus drivers and staff all very friendly and helpful a smooth operation.

Booking was quite straightforward and everything went surprisingly smoothly. Our return was at 1am, the transport arrived within 10-15minutes of us calling and our car was ready waiting for us. It's a few minutes from the airport so allow some time to get there. Will definitely use them again.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride is fully insured, manned 24 hours a day, and has CCTV surveillance around the clock for your complete peace of mind. Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space

Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
