What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Service was very quick and easy when dropping the car off and getting the shuttle bus to the airport. On the way back had to wait a little while (~15-20 mins) for the bus to come get us but otherwise very efficient to get car back. Would use again and recommend to others.

This is our second time parking at Cophall for our flights out of Gatwick. The facilities themselves are great, friendly staff, prompt service to the airport. However, the pick up service left a bit to be desired this time. We phoned for a pick up after landing and passing through immigration, and were told they would be there shortly. We went to the pick up location, where we ended up waiting 40 minutes before we were finally taken back to the car. We even had a Cophall vehicle stop, let passengers off, and with an explanation that neither of us could hear or understand in the loud bus area, left without us to continue on his way, saying another vehicle would be there within 5 minutes. After another 10 minutes, the same vehicle came back, and we were allowed on. While this isn't a major issue in the grand scheme of things, more of a misunderstanding, it's tainted the service a bit in my book. A 40 minute wait for a coach that was 'on it's way' was not what we expected. However, we'll use them again, as I think this is more of a one-off experience, rather than the norm.

Easy booking, details confirmed by email quickly and accurately. When we arrived we were dealt with a smile and a pleasant efficient service. Drop off and pick up from the terminal were quick, and friendly. The best Gatwick parking we've ever used. And all at a great price. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Although still a very good service we seem to increasingly have to either drop off at the opposite terminal or pick up up at the opposite terminal or both which delays are getting back to our final destination.

We've used Cophall Farm Parking several times before and even recommended them to friends & family. The service is friendly and efficient. Our car is parked securely and is always ready for us when we return. The only negative is the pick up from the airport on our return. After a tiring flight, we phoned CFP and as we hurried toward the bus stop, we watched the shuttle bus pull away empty! We had to wait in the cold night air for half an hour before the next shuttle bus arrived. When it did, our names were not even on the passenger list! I suggested to the receptionist at CFP that the service could be improved by the use of radio links with their drivers. This could save them wasted trips with empty buses.

After a very bad flight home in the early hours through two bad thunderstorms with everybody very tried we somehow manage to leave a piece of hand luggage at the pick-up point. But Cophall Parking redirected a bus which was at the south to the north terminal and rescued the luggage for us. Excellent service would thoroughly recommend and will certainly use again.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
