What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Longer wait for bus than anticipated in both directions. Driver was also instructed to wait at LGW for another passenger who hadn't shown up after 5 mins. Not ideal at midnight with a drive home still to come. Car wash is a nice touch.

Very easy booking process, clear pricing and a good deal. On arrival at the car park there is a sign about car parking "with a smile", and that was the case The staff were all cheerful and greated us warmly. The service when we dropped off the car and travelled to the airport was personal, efficient and to a high standard. On our return we called to advise that we had collected our bags and were ready to be pciked up by the courtesy bus. Again the service was very efficient, the receptionist had our details to hand, the bus arrived quickly. Overall a great professional service with calm efficiency, just what you need when in that slightly frantic state of travelling long distance to an airport, or returning after a long flight and little sleep.

All went perfectly except for the 20 minute wait to be picked up on return, probably because the vehicle collected other passengers from the north terminal whilst we were at the south.

First class. Just park at reception, leave key, jump on minibus, the whole process takes about half an hour from arrival to airport. On return just phone up after going through customs and make your way to pick up point, we have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Pick up key at reception jump in car and you are off. No hassle, runs like clockwork.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
