What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Efficient and friendly reception staff. Fast and friendly transfer service both on arrival and departure. Location a bit far from the airport so allow enough time for your transfer in case there's traffic.

Good communication, easy check in and trip to the airport. On return, had to wait 5 minutes for the minibus but this was to be expected. Car ready and waiting for us when we got there.

Fine - easy to book, although only noticed after that my vehicle may have been in the light commercial category which would have put price up (and I would not have booked if know) I phone call sorted this out. Staff were very courteous and all went well

Parking was fine. Car was not waiting in the easy access when we arrived back and they forgot to give us a token for the barrier, which wasted more time. Otherwise it might have been 5*

We have used other Gatwick 'packages' including hotel stay/fly and parking using on-site airport parks and remote/shuttle arrangements. This was our first Copshall experience and we found it good value for money. The shuttle driver on the way in to North terminal was particularly helpful in a drop-off point and the shuttle was awaiting on our return. Check-in and check-out so smooth and good directions to find location in the dark. Daughter will be using Copshall for her holiday in August.

This was the cheapest parking , but found it difficult to find (Coptall) post code did not take the sat nav anywhere near it . This was evidently stated somewhere but in this day and age ! So I had to ring and get directions which delayed us about 40mins. Took half an hour from ringing up to get a pick up . Other than that all ok .

The staff were rude we were delayed coming into gatwick and my husband had purchased a coffee due to the long drive home. The driver told him he could not take it on board ok I agree the signs say no hot drinks but it was sealed. Then the driver proceed to announce to the mini bus that we were delayed due to "late passengers who had stopped for a coffee" even though we rang to call the mini bus when we were outside the terminal. All in all disappointed with service having used you many times will think again before using you in the future

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride is fully insured, manned 24 hours a day, and has CCTV surveillance around the clock for your complete peace of mind. Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
