What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

good service, nice and fast on the way to the airport. Had to wait a bit on way back/then travelled to another pick up but offset by car waiting on return. Overall excellent value for money and would use again as long as not in a rush.

We have used you many times but this time we had to wait 25 minutes for our transfer to the airport. I appreciate you were very busy, but you must have known you would be, and more transfer buses should have been put on.

Excellent all round. Vehicle drop off procedure was quick and the mini bus was waiting to go. On our return the mini bus was waiting at the airport and the vehicle pick up was quick. Only a short distance from the airport as well. Will definately use again.

Cophall Parking Gatwick run a very smooth operation and provide an excellent and cost effective solution for parking at Gatwick Airport. Their personnel is extremely professional and very swift. Clearly they are located a little further away than other companies, but I have found that through good organisation the wait time is not too dissimilar than even some meet and greet operations, and obviously much cheaper. Prudent to allow extra 5-10min to find their location if you have never been there, but even that is quite straightforward.

A quick and efficient service both on delivery and recovery of our car from the site. Only a short wait to be transferred to the airport and even less on return. Cheerful and friendly staff.

I would definitely recommend Cophall. The service was excellent, I can't fault a thing. The staff were polite & friendly. The drop off and pick up were both smooth. Didn't have to wait around at the pick up point. At the value for money was great. I will be using this service anytime I travel from Gatwick. 5 star service!

Service was ok. Staff very helpful and friendly but waited around for 40 minutes on sat at 5.30am to get a transfer to the airport north terminal Return pickup was great. Arrived really quickly and got car keys as soon as arrived in the office

Great service. Easy to find with the clear instructions supplied. Minibus left within a few minutes of our arrival after leaving the car. On our return we phoned after collecting our luggage as instructed and got to the designated pick up point, our minibus arrived about 1 minute later. Couldn't ask for a better service. Friendly, efficient staff all the way through.Top marks.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
