What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

We found Cophall Parking easy to find, good value and both reception and shuttle drivers efficient and friendly. It is a pity they only service Gatwick Airport.

Good service, prompt attention and value relative to rivals. More thought could be given to how to prioritise returning passengers if there is no room on the bus for all the people waiting for it. Upon arrival at airport unsure who has space on the bus when it arrives. Is it first come, first served or does it (as it should) depend on who has phoned through to order the bus? The driver should perhaps have a list of names of people who have phoned through and the time so they should get priority. Have had difficulty getting the token into the slot upon departure. If there is a "knack" to it, perhaps Receptionist should advise passengers.

This was a first class service - from the prompt and efficient online service to the parking facilities and very helpful staff. Even though we were delayed an extra day on our business trip there was no fuss made and it was a very nice touch to have our cars parked and warmed up when we returned at 11.30 at night. I would recommend your service to anyone, and will do so. ps transfers to and from the airport could not have been better.

We arrived at the parking a little bit earlier than my booking time, however it was no problems, friendly driver put our cases on the bus, and once the bus was full we were off to the airport. On arrival we were given clear instructions what to do where to wait for our return journey. Return journey, once again friendly driver, on time no hanging about! Will definitely be using again and have no problems recommending.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
