What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

The second time I have used FHR to book my Gatwick parking and both times I have booked my car into Cophall Parking. Excellent service from FHR, even when I somehow hit a wrong button when booking and missed a discount. I called them immediately and they refunded me the difference there and then. Cophall Parking are excellent. Their minibus is on demand and you don't wait long for it to come for you. The mileage on my car was spot on when I returned and all went like clockwork. I will definitely use both companies again.

Outstanding service from Cophall Parking Gatwick. On my arrival at Gatwick Airport I realised that I had left my mobile phone in the car, so instantly called up the parking company in order to ensure they could keep it somewhere safe. The lady at reception was very helpful and suggested that they could find the mobile phone and send it out with a driver. The driver met me at the drop off point and passed on my mobile phone. (I got some chocolates for the receptionist to say thank you!!!) Overall the service was excellent and I would highly recommend Copall Parking Gatwick..

Very Courteous and helpful staff both in the office and the drivers; on returning from the holiday and arrivinhg at gatwick, a call was made to inform Cophall parking we were now at the airport, by the time we had arrived at the collection point the transport was there waiting; on arriving back at the parking service the keys and car were there ready for us;

On arrival at Cophall I was asked to sign a disclaimer covering collapsed suspension for Renault Lagunas - apparently they had experience of this on 02/52 year Lagunas. My Laguna was a 58 plate and I refused to sign the disclaimer. The supervisor was called and we went through the process again - I still refused to sign the disclaimer. Full terms and conditions should be given as part of the booking process not as I arrive at the car park! For this reason only I give a low rating.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
