What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

In summary, excellent all round service. We especially like this company, which we have used several times before, due to their transfers using mini-buses - this results in a quicker more personal service, compared to companies that use large coaches. Recommended - will use again next time.

Happy with service . Sone one there to greet us on arrival at office quick check round car and we were on our way. On returning to Uk q quick call once through baggage handling and we were met a little while later to go and pick up our car. All was fine with car etc.

Arrived at the car park and dropped off the car, straight on to the minibus and at Gatwick within 15 minutes. Coming back phoned Cophall and the minibus back arrived within 10 minutes and straight back to the car park. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Fabulous service, thank you. I will be back.

Easy to find. Prompt friendly service on arrival at parking. No long wait before being driven to airport. On return called up office to say we had arrived at airport. Bus was waiting for us at coach stop, likewise our car was ready for us on arrival at parking. Good service..

Directions to parking are good. Information given when we arrived was good. We were taken to the airport almost straight away, no problems at all. We phoned when we had arrived back in the UK and after we collected our luggage. There were two families waiting before us so we had to wait around half an hour to be taken back to our car. I'm guessing we only waited this long because the were busy at that time so understandable. All in all a good service, just a shame parking in or around any airport is so expensive!!

First class service, Prompt service at Cophall Parking Gatwick, my car was parked and my family and I were taken straight to Gatwick, on my return a coach was present to take us back to Cophall Parking where my car was ready and we were off home, many thanks would highly recommend to any one.

Good value and a very friendly service. Three stars because it is about twelve mins from the airport, and we waited just over 20 mins yesterday to be picked up, though we were taken to the airport very quickly after depositing our car with them. Very nice people, for a low-cost option this is certainly worth considering.

Excellent service and so easy! Arrival was very quick and we received a warm welcome. Coming back we did have a delay of about 30mins as one minibus was full and the other was apparently stuck at north terminal, so the driver had to do a round trip to come back and pick us up again. He had to look for 3 other passengers who said they were ready to be picked up but didn't appear! He was very apologetic about the wait. Great customer service from both the arrival/pick up desk and the drivers. Would definitely use again.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
