What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Your website states that the transfer is on demand and takes approximately 10 minutes; but I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for the bus to arrive, then we went via the South Terminal to drop off other passengers first so my total transfer time was around 30 minutes. I think this should be made clearer because the speed of transfer was my primary criteria for chosing this car park.

The whole process from arriving at the car park handing over the keys coach transfer and then the return process was so smooth seamless without any hold up's it was a plesant experience and consider doing this on any future trip, would recommend this to family and friends as a good alternative option against taxi tranfer etc. Thank you for making the beginning of this trip of stress free

Just back from Ibiza, the flight was delayed until early morning but after a phone call the Minibus was waiting for us outside the Terminal and we were soon driving home. The only part of the journey that went smoothly!

After using this company several times I have no hesitation in recommending them. Not only were they the cheapest, but it is always very satisfying when standing in a fairly long queue of people at the end of your holiday, all waiting for their shuttle to arrive, when the first one to arrive is yours allowing you to walk straight to the front and away!!!!

i left my car at your car park for 17 days. when i picked it up it was all covered in birds shit, literally !!! i am wondering where my car was kept during my holidays and how long birds shit was lingering on my car? i understand that you are not responsible for cleaning somebodys cars but you could at least clean birds shit as it damages the paint. it never happened to me before.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space

Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
