What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

Slightly further out than other car park but very good customer service and value. Only criticism is please please have it more clearly signposted as it can be difficult to find.

The staff are excellent and I could not ask for anybody to be more helpful. As an example, on a recent trip my wallet slipped out of my pocket on the minibus from the car park to the terminal building but I did not notice until I was through security. I spoke to the car park reception staff and they sent a driver and staff member to the terminal building with it, where airport security staff brought it through the security area to me. All over in 30 minutes. It was a huge relief to me and I cannot thank them enough.

Have used CFP several times and find it reasonably priced and well organised. One drawback is that sometimes it can take a while for the phone to be answered, not a major problem, thought I would mention it.

We have used Cophall Farm quite a few times, and will continue to do so. Just a couple of times we have had to wait more than 15 minutes (as on this trip) to be collected from the airport, otherwise a very efficient and courteous outfit. Thank you.

We have now used this car park twice. Transport to /from Gatwick airport has been efficient and prompt (with one exception). On our last return late at night after a delayed flight and very cold snowy weather, the pick up was very quick - much to our relief. Your staff are efficient and friendly and we will come to you again.

Since we first started using this car park, the airport transfer time has increased as they seem to take a long route around. Whilst this might work during peak times, when the roads are quiet it takes longer.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride is fully insured, manned 24 hours a day, and has CCTV surveillance around the clock for your complete peace of mind. Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
