You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. My only complaint is where the bus stop at north terminal is located. My dad has difficulties with his breathing and can not walk very far. When we were dropped off I realised how far it was away from the terminal, and so when we returned and made the phone call to be collected, I asked if he could be picked up nearer to the terminal door. I explained the reason to the lady on the phone but she said they could only collect from bus stop 6/7 and that we could only be collected from there. Surely exceptions can be made for the disabled!

On arrival at the car park the receptionist was helpful and curtious and gave clear instructions as what is requered when returning back to the airport of the holiday; The drivers were helpful and reminded us what was required when we returned; on being driving from the airport, we were, asked where we were driving to and was advised of information relating to the motorways

Great minibus service, love the fact you can call when you're ready and a bus will come and collect, also like the fact that the bus is small and personal and generally the wait time is minimal! Have been using this carpark for about 5 years now so know the proceedure, have used other similar ones too but prefer this one!

We have used this car park numerous times over the years without any problems. Howebver, although the outbound travel was excellent. The 'return' pick-up was not of a good standard. This was due to the driver of the minibus, who left us very disappointed in his attitude and behaviours.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick
From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
