What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

One worry we had when making the booking was was based on thinking that we'd have to wait longer than 5/10 minutes for the return pick up bus. These fears were allayed when we arrived back. Pick up was very prompt and the driver was very courteous. 5 weary travellers were well catered for. Why don't you offer a wash/valet as an optional extra?

Cophall Farm Parking offer an excellent airport parking service. We arrived at 3.30am and a shuttle bus was waiting to drive us directly to Gatwick without waiting, the journey time was about 10 mins. Similarly, on our return, mid afternoon, a bus was already at the bus stop waiting to take us back. Couldn't ask for more really and will definitely use again. Completely satisfied customer.

When we contacted reception after our flight home we were given the wrong bus stop number. We were told to wait at number 6 but in fact it should have been number 7.

Unfortunately we were handed the wrong key on returning. This could have been a security risk and was certainly a careless human error. Other than that we have always been satisfied with the service.

Brilliant. Parked up right outside reception, walked about 20 metres with our bags to then have them collected by the driver. Gave them my details and we were off shortly after that. Quick journey to airport. Pick up was quick and on time.

Very good, but disappointed that first mini-bus driver told us he could not pick us up at the South Terminal as he had to go to the North terminal, although he let 2 passengers on at South. Having waited 10 mins we were only pick-up at South but still had to go to the North for pick-ups, before returning to Car Park.

Great service as always. The only negative comment is the distance to/from bus stop 6/7 at the North Terminal, bit too far with luggage particularly in bad weather or early/late times.

I have been using CFP for a number of year but the last couple of times transfer times have been too slow. It actually took me longer to get from the airport back to my car than my flight from Guernsey! The was due to waiting for a bus, not being able to get on the first, waiting for another, driver waiting for a couple that then never showed up, going to North terminal to pick up another couple and finally the driver going the LONG way round! Sadly I am not sure I will use them from now on.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Cophall Park & Ride also holds the Park Mark® Award for Safer Parking. At peak times your vehicle may be driven to and stored in our overflow car park by our fully insured drivers. Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space

Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
