What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

My only slight disappointment was the length of time I waited to be picked up on my return. Given the time (2am), I guess there was only skeleton staff, however all the other buses at Stop 6 had been and gone and I was still waiting.

Everything went according to paln. We arrived at 3am and were transferred to the airport straight away, bags loaded and unloaded for us. On return we were met within 5 minutes of our phone call and received the same level of service. Thank you.

Generally a very good service. My only gripe was the driver's apparent attempt to break the world land speed record on the way to the airport. My family did not feel particularly safe. I think he must have had some pressure placed on him to make up for lost time.

i am a first time user of cophall farm and will be back it was first class and made me want to use gatwick as my first choice now instead of luton or stansted.my last trip from luton with aircarparkz was a disaster from the minute we got there to find they had moved building without mention it to me even tho i was a repeat regular customer. cophall farm is first class as i said great thanks.

I telephoned the office once I had retrieved my suitcase in order for the collection van to be at the bus stop when I arrived there. I was not impressed by having to wait for the 4th option and then to be told by the girl answering the telephone that she wanted me to ring again once I had cleared customs. I did not do this and only had a few minutes to wait at bus stop 7. As I was coming from an EU country (Lanzarote) it was unlikely that customs would be interested to stop me.

Absolutely excellent, no problems at all. We used to rely on friends giving us a lift to Gatwick but this was so much easier and better. No hanging around or waiting, every thing went like clockwork, from leaving the car to being collected, great staff at CPF and everyone very helpful. Transfers were very quick and I didnt have to wait more than a couple of minutes either end. The transfer bus was nice and smart, the drivers friendly and helpful. My car was very very dusty when I picked it up, but then the weather had been hot and I guess it was not stored on a tarred surface. Very happy, and will use again.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
