What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. You will be required to leave your keys with Reception. LWB - Long wheelbase vans that measure over 5.3m are charged double. Please note LWB's may not be accepted in the Summer months. Please check availability and pricing by email or phone. Motorbikes are accepted

great service again from Cophall . but only four stars this time. they used to park car out front short walk from main office when you arrived back from holiday. which apart from there good service was a +. now they give you a row number and you have to walk to your car drive to main office and load up . So Cophall now you are just like nearer car park operators please have rethink you might start losing customers.

Everything was very easy from booking online to checking in. It was all so easy just turn up hand in your key, jump on the bus to Gatwick. And on the way back give them a quick call whilst waiting for your case once you have your case, head for the bus stop and the bus is there in a matter of minutes. Arrive at Cophall collect your keys and you car is waiting for you only feet away. Happy days.

Service very good as usual but still prefer the times we have parked before and had the car parked out front ready for collection .When it is very dark and wet the rear is not a good place to collect our vehicle .

Quick check in once reaching off-site car park. Mini-busses run regularly so wait fror transfer was minimal. Similar experience on way back. Called once bags collected and through customs. Transfer there within 5 mins. Only downside is 15 min transfer, but parking price generally reflects this inconvenience.

Have parked at cophall farm for many years now and always been happy with the experience. However on our return journey this time we had quite a wait for our pick up having to re phone to see how long they would be and were told the pick up was stuck in traffic obviously couldn't be helped but perhaps we could have been called to say there was a delay.

Overall excellent. Very efficient check in system and transport to airport. On our return we did seem to have to wait quite a time for the transport and as this vehicle was picking up passengers at both terminals the overall journey took longer which as the flight was delayed it made us even later than we had hoped but probably not much you can do about this. The route back also seemed longer than going.

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick

From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.


If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.

Our overflow car park also carries the Park Mark® Award, is fully insured, has CCTV and less than 1 mile away.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have paid for, each extra day’s parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change), (or part day thereof) after your booked return date.

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
Is this booking amendable and refundable Cophall Parking Gateick is refundable - when it says Cophall Parking Saver that is non refundable
