Fast efficient friendly service. We had been diverted on motorway and were running really late for our flight but the carpark staff were brilliant checked us in quickly and got us to airport terminal straight away we made our flight! Thank you - on our return no waiting in the cold minibus was outside ready and waiting highly recommend this service to anyone travelling.

Not as good as previous experiences which have been excellent however this time we had to wait for over 30 minutes at cop hall for a driver, early in the morning with 2 young children this made us late, not a good start to holiday

This is the second time I have used this car park. If you follow their directions it is easy to find. Once the car has been dropped off you get straight on to a minibus for the short ride to Gatwick. The helpful driver loaded our suitcases on. On our return we telephoned the car park after clearing customs, we made our way to the bus stops and the minibus was waiting. We were both impressed with the service.

Have used Cophall Parking a few times now and will continue to do so in future. Have never had any problems; it’s easy to get to, great service all round (Booking, Reception, bus drivers, etc.) and we have been satusfied that our car is as safe and secure as possible. Good price too.

First time user. very good. one thing - on return yesterday at around 7.30pm got to stop 6. not clear if anyone was waiting for cophall bus so i phoned. Answer was to take third bus as others would be full, i presume. After 1 minute a bus turned up and had room for me. Very quick but a bit confusing.

This was a disaster for us. I left the (electric) car with 57% battery charge and I checked via the app that the charge was still 57% the day before we flew home. This would have been more than enough to get us home from the car park. When we arrived to collect the car I found the battery level was 40% and somebody had turned the heating up to 28° C and left it on! As a result, we did not have enough charge to get home and were forced to park at Epsom hospital and take a taxi from there.

We have been parking with Cophall for many years and have always found the service to be efficient and friendly. Its good to be able to park your car with confidence, knowing that the car will be safe and that you will be transported to the airport in good time. When our children were small, arriving at Cophall Farm was the beginning of our holiday. Its also good to see the improvements which have been made over the years

Directions for Cophall Parking Gatwick
From the M23: Exit at Junction 10, following signs for East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over the first new roundabout and continue straight at the second roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel. Drive for approximately 1.5 miles (passing a petrol station on your right). At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the first exit signed for Lingfield (B2028). At the following roundabout, turn left onto the B2037. After approximately ¼ mile, you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left. The entrance to Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.From the M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23, then follow the directions above.
If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for RH10 3HZ - Please allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.
